I finding that Roger's has become a big joke for a big company. Went to pay off my phone. They wouldn't let me. Only do it online. Wanted to get repaired on my screen. Nope wouldn't help me. At one time they would do anything to help u. Now they just don't care to help. I deal with alotof money during the day. And I have no problems dealing with it. Possibly time to move to another company willing to help out a customer!!

I've been there a few times and I almost always find the store frustrating. One time I went there and they make you sign up for an online queue before they let you in and then they check your ID before letting you in (seems really excessive). Today I went to return a box for a service we no longer wanted, they told me I had to take the box home with me and call in to cancel the service, then bring it back into the store because they don't cancel services in store.

Only one star because I can’t give 0 makes me want to change companies and I have been with this company for years. They pick and choose who they will unlock the door for and you have to look up but they don’t tell you why so they can take a picture of you. I did not give my permission to have them take my picture also there is no signs saying there are cameras very unprofessional. Can’t believe Rogers would be ok with this.

Dealt with Diane for many many many years ! Always great service ! We dealt with Chad on our last visit (Diane was off) Chad was great to deal with ! Very knowledgeable, helpful and got the job done ! Thanks again Chad !

Was very frustrated because my cellphone provider no longer offered no roaming service.Decided to try Rogers. Chadd within minutes made me feel confident that I would get the help I needed. Excellent friendly service, patient, knowledgeable, and really listened to my concerns. This is what service is all about!My one concern was, because of theft issues, customers had to wait outside. Winter is coming. The store seems large enough that a waiting area could be made, with a numbering system so people aren't free to wonder about until they could be served.

I went purchase a 14promax today morning , the staff were every friendly. ROB one of the managers there he have a great knowledge on the Rogers products, he was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate ROB for helping me to find the best deal suits me. All the staff were very interactive, totally it was a very good experience. Thank you guys

Was in the store today and was assisted by Dianne. Our original store was not this location and what was to be a simple transfer of telephone number resulted in several calls to Rogers. Each telephone call with a different outcome and to be told the previous agent was wrong. The last call was advising I must go into a store. Here we are today and Dianne was top notch! Assisted me, advising that from the get go the other location made the error out of the gate. Dianne restored my faith in this service provider.

Called to cancel internet and cable bundle services back in June 2022 and the sales rep confirmed back then that the services were cancelled. Tried to reach them numerous times as it showed on my bills afterwards that the services were not cancelled but was unable to get through to anyone after hours of waiting on the phone. Spoke to a service rep today and they want to charge me for services they were supposed to cancel back then when I cancelled my additional services.They even sent me instructions on how to send back the cable box in which I did with the shipping label they sent me and now they stated they never received the cable box.

I ordered a new iPhone 14 on the phone on Rogers general phone number and was told closest purple was in Orillia 40 min drive. I showed up at store and was just handed the phone. I thought that I would hand mine back and they would transfer everything over but that is not the policy so I was frustrated that I just drove that far and that wasn’t the service provided if I had known that I would have just got it sent to my house. The manager Diana was very thoughtful and felt my frustration and did it for me anyway at no extra charge which she didn’t have too. She went the extra mile and made a bad interaction into a great one. Thanks again
