Ordered an Apple Crisp and it wasn’t even a smoothie. Just tasted like straight pineapple juice and nothing else. It’d be okay if it was less than $5, but I literally paid $8-9 for pineapple juice.

Unfortunately wasn't able enjoy a smoothie today. Spent 20 minutes waiting to be served, the 20 minutes prior were spent making 6 smoothies for customers who arrived before i did. Another customer entered who had ordered online (an order that came in after I arrived) the staff member opted to prioritize her order as more important. Felt I shouldn't be made to wait any longer so I expressed my frustration and left.

Staff are friendly, high protein shakes are 10/10 after a workout. Customer service can be slow SOMETIMES so now I simply order and pay on their app 10 mins prior.

Always attentive fast service. Tropi-Kale is my favourite green smoothie. I order on their app and it’s easy to use and select this location.

Where customer service goes to die! Shame on the staff working tonight. I walked in to this location moments after another group...the door was open.Emily looked at me and told me the store was closed and I (and only I) had to leave. Not only did she publicly shame me, but 4 people were still waiting (and allowed) to order!Unbelievable Emily, and your Booster Juice. Thumbs down to you and your terrible customer service.

Terrible service this morning.This employee was rude and wanted to argue because I did not want frozen yogurt in my smoothly. Unfortunately I just ordered something else instead of my usual. You shouldn't be trying to start a day in this way. First time for this experience at Booster Juice but there's always a first time for everything.

I walked in, made eye contact with the employees in the back. There was 2 people talking in the back area. Neither of them came to ask for my order as I waited for 5 mins. Terrible service lol. It was a Thursday night Jan 19 5 45pm. Fire these employees, there are plenty of people looking for work who would at least put an ounce effort into there jobs.

For some reason, this Booster Juice has the worst service ever, it is always understaffed and there is always a long wait. I definitely recommend going to any other location. OMG. I am adding this week's after my initial review. Why do I come back to this location? IT IS THE SLOWEST EVER!

The drinks are consistently good but the staff is rude. No one greets you when you walk in for mobile order. I come often and it’s always the same. I wait and wait until I have to call someone over who isn’t busy and ask for my drinks which she pulls from the freezer so they were already ready. I don’t understand why customers stand there for 10 minutes with no employees addressing them. Drinks are good but I won’t be back as often that’s for sure.
