Moved in recently; still work being done on the building, but the units are amazing, the gym is great and the location is awesome.

One of the best condos in halifax. Good management, beautiful units, 2 gyms, game rooms, 2 guest rooms and more to offer with reasonable renting! Need grocery? Well you have superstore, dollarama and more right across the street. many restaurants in the area. 10mins drive to costco, walmart and many other stores! Good neighborhood as well. I love this building. I had so much trouble in previous building, the junction on Devonshire Ave, and this building just gave me a perfect place to live.

Loud, permanent construction, drug dealing on my floor, parties, silverfish, etc. If it weren't for the pandemic and the housing crisis, would have moved out a long time ago.

State of the art. Great location. Bus routes right outside the door. Superstore across the road. On site gym.

I live here and it is fantastic. The property managers are great and if there are any repairs that are required they react fast.The apartment suite is beautiful, and the kitchen and bathrooms have quartz countertops and white lacquer modern cabinets. The suites contains 5 stainless steel appliances as well as a half bath where the ensuite washer/dryer are located. Finishes include, Laminate flooring, grey painted walls, white trim and my suite has a walk in closet.My unit is west facing and has 3 huge windows , so my apartment is nice and bright. I also have a massive balcony because I am located on the 6th floor. There is also central air so you can stay nice and cool when it is hot and muggy in the summer. Heated parking is extra but it is worth it when the weather is cold, rainy or just gross outside. The parking space comes with a very large storage room.This is a Secure building and and Pets are welcome ( with approval), which makes this even more of an appealing place to live.Super store is across the street and there are many other retail and restaurant businesses around. There is a bus stop out front and it is only a 5 minute drive to the hospital and some of the universities. Downtown is about 10 min away. Also this building is close to the bridge to Dartmout, 10 min drive to costco and 5 minute drive to the Halifax shopping mall.If you do not have a car this would be a great apartment to live at.I am a business professional and I highly recommend this building.Jasper and I just love living here!

Beautiful building. I was doing a delivery and had a hard time getting ahold of someone to receive.

This is a great building to hold meetings! Very clean and modern.
