My first visit to the store today, I was with my daughter shopping for birthday cake ideas, I was looking at the display cakes, which legit looked awesome. But the front desk staff never asked what I would like, my daughter simply said and showed a picture of a cake to the front counter girl, the staff said were fully booked for the next week, said that twice before we could ask details etc. Terrible customer service all around. Thumbs down.
