This is one of the best services that I have gotten from a pharmacy. The staff are so kind, efficient and helpful especially Kathy. Our family gets our medications on time as they are delivered and they do the refills. They take extra care of their customers. We got our flu shot today, and it was a quick and fast service!

I have been using the services of Whole health pharmacy ever since they opened few years back. Very efficient & friendly staff. I normally interact with Kathy, I always have my meds ready in time for pickup or delivery. Kathy follows up with my Dr. incase of any refills.Overall, the staff are friendly & efficient. Thank you Kathy for looking after me.

I have never been to a pharmacy where I was treated with so much care and respect. The pharmacist Jasneet took such good care of my family when we came in for COVID testing. Jasneet took her time to address all of our questions and concerns and even went out of her way to help us with the medications we need for travel.

This Whole Health pharmacy at the Cooksville Location is the worst customer service ever!! The Pharmacist that we have spoken to has always been rude to both our family members!! We have many prescriptions to pick up every month and the pharmacist jasmeet never ever follows up on our refills. And when we call she says come pick up and when we drive to the pharmacy she says , oh we don’t have your meds in stock. And chased us away as they were gonna close in 45 mins. Extremely poor customer service and service from the pharmacist is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous that she does not check the stock in her pharmacy before asking us to come pick up???? Moreover they never pick up the Phone calls and we have to go through intrepid health clinic to get to the pharmacy even after holding for 35 mins it goes to voicemail and the pharmacy voicemail is always full. We can’t even leave a message for them to call you??? Absurd and Ridiculously unacceptable service at this pharmacy!!!

To me and my family Whole Health Pharmacy at Dundas Street, in Mississauga, Ontario deserves a five star. Each staff member, especially Kathy have been very kind, caring, and patient despite their busy schedules. They go the extra mile to ensure our questions are answered correctly, our waiting periods are limited, and all our pharmaceutical needs are met . Their service usually come with a smile.
