I don’t think they’ve stirred my coffee a single time I’ve been here (which is a couple times a week), and definitely have never stirred ice coffee. They leave a big empty space in your cup if you ask for light ice, and more often than not (today being no exception) the coffee tastes old and bitter. Think I’m done giving this location a chance, or maybe the brand as a whole has gone downhill since the Burger King buyout

Waited 20 minutes for a coffee and a muffin this morning I didn't get my muffin or my change back, the longer wait made it so i was late this morning for work. I am less then impressed and will not be returning to this location.

Tims sandwiches are the lowest quality, lowest taste of any fast food provider. Thank goodness they claim to be canadian or they would have no business.

All tips go to donation, which is great. But when I tip I am tipping the employee, they only make minimum wage so let them take the tips absolutely ridiculous. I will donate if I want to donate
