Corlane Sport Goods LTD made my first rifle purchase experience 5 stars! I live in Calgary Alberta and its tough when you make purchases online. Without being able to see it in person. I purchases a Christensen Arms rifle. The rifle came quickly and was well packaged.Now prior to getting my rifle I was notified that the original box was damaged and the rifle would be sent in a different box. Kind of bummer cause I like to keep original boxes with all my big purchases. So once I opened the box I did a through inspection of the rifle. There was a few markings on the carbon fibre on the forend and some of the cuts were not finished as well as I expected. Also there was a tiny marking on the pic rail. I showed my buddy the pictures and he assured me that those markings are not a big deal and I was just being picky.Anyways I emailed Corlane and sent pictures of all the marks and blemishes on the riffle. I explained my concerns. It did bug me after spending quite a bit of money on a brand new rifle. Initially they requested I send the rifle to them to take care of everything. But in the end they agreed to send a brand new forend and pic rail to have mounted here locally.The package came quickly and had a brand new forend to address the unfinished cut and markings on the carbon fibre and brand new pic rail, with all brand new hardware.So even if you are not local to Corlane I would not hesitate to order from here again. The way they took care of me makes me a customer for life. I've already made another purchase from them. So even though the rifle purchase was not perfect. They took the steps to make sure that in the end I was fully satisfied. Thanks Keaton for taking care of this issue quickly.

Got a rifle built and went with the recommended caliber and was told they had lots of ammo in stock. Before build they were suppose to keep me 12 boxes to ship with rifle. 15 months later still no ammo. Called in to trade rifle in to get something with ammo and they offered less than half for rifle that I’ve never been able to shoot that they promised they had ammo for. Do your research your self before taking their word for anything.

Terrible service. The employee I dealt with over email knew nothing, and couldn't even get me a proper quote until I asked 3 times! Once they gave me a quote (which I had asked for in Canadian Dollars) was in USD, and did not include tax or shipping (which I had asked for). The total time it took to get a very simple quote was 3 weeks. I understand you guys are busy, but I am wanting to order an $11,000 rifle, and you can't even bother to give me a proper break down of cost and lead time.I called Gunwerks directly and asked them who I should go to in Canada for their rifles. They recommended Precision Optics.Thankfully Precision Optics had rifles on the shelf and in stock (not the exact one I wanted) but it was close enough. So I emailed them, and within 24 hours they were able to get me a complete quote and breakdown of everything with taxes and shipping in Canadian Dollars... Now I have the rifle and I am content to know that I will be ready for my sheep opener in August!Do not buy from this company. Absolutely mismanaged me as a possible customer!

Always a great store, special thumbs up for having a change table in the bathroom! Hard to find it some restaurants let alone in a sporting goods store.

They had a very rare rifle that I was looking for, and for a reasonable price. The Older guy took care of me and was very friendly. I was just passing Through back to the Yukon so didn't have time to check out entire store but they seem to have a great selection of rifles.

Absolutely amazing! Great customer service, super nice and friendly, and very knowledgeable. They are extremely personable instead of just a sales experience like most places. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone.

Big box stores stealing your business? Pro tip, be open when I'm ready to buy. Closing on Sundays isn't competitive anymore. One star until I can actually get in to check it out.
