Lived here 6 years. Great place. We had million dollar view overlooking Ottawa River. To have this view pick 7th floor or higher. Never had an issue they did not solve within couple of days. Fridge broke down after hours one night. They replaced one hour later. Great place for seniors, we miss it. Hi to the staff :))

Beautiful building and amenities at an affordable price. Great rental process, Celest is very friendly and answered every question and concern!

My experience with CLV has been above and beyond my expectations. From the beginning of our search for the perfect apartment, Chanel was absolutely AMAZING and took us under her wing. She was so attentive and walked me through everything with such professionalism. I can't express my gratitude enough for our experience with her. Moving forward, our experience in the building itself has been wonderful. Everyone is so helpful and quick responses to any of our needs or questions. A great experience for a first time apartment building resident/renter.

I came from Alberta last year and moved into the Apartment at 50 cormier.I have to say that I am impressed with the level of courtesy and effeciancy CLV group provides to their tenants.Specially, the Lady at the admin office name Jackie. She is kind and very helpful. You dont see that very much these days.I am thankful to her for all the help she has given me and i would definitely recommend.

We moved in a few weeks ago, the rental process was very easy. The building itself is a little old and the walls are thin, but so far, we haven't had any issues with noise from other tenants. Jacqueline is a complete sweetheart and maintenance have been responsive and helpful.I put 4 stars because the after-hours emergency service isn't always reliable, which is a bummer.

Perks:-Gym-Theatre-Parking-Rent isn't too bad (depending on your personal income)-Great views if you get in The upper levels.Cons:-Ants in the summer (we were told it's almost impossible to get rid of)-Terrible finish work when tenants move out (paint jobs are very sloppy, forgotten quarter round in most of the apartment, no caulking done, transition strip that's too high for the door to close properly, paint marks on cabinets etc)-Black flies coming through the inside of the windows. Was told twice we would get something to mitigate that and still nothing-One elevator is down almost on a weekly basis, assuming too cheap to actually fix it and just do the minimal repairs needed. So 10 levels worth of tenants have to share 1 elevator for 1-2 days.-Get used to hearing large dogs always barking because it seems most of Quebec's dogs live in this building. Open your door, barking. Talk in your apartment, barking. Two different tenants coming out with dogs at the same time? Forget about it.-7 or 8 washer and dryers for an entire building. I can't count how many times we've spent going to the laundry room and one tenant is using every washer and doesn't come down to change their loads for hours on end. Sometimes the entire day.-Recieveing 1-2 day notices of fire alarm Checks, parking lot cleaning, painting etc.All in all if you are in a pinch, it's a nice place to go. But we started living here with the mindset of staying for years. After not even 1 year we are already looking for a different location before our lease ends.

I have been living here for almost a year and the experience is very pleasant. I have heard a lot of stories from other properties that administrators are irresponsible and hard to reach after you move in, but this never happens here. Jackie the administrator is so helpful and reliable. I really feel I am at home.

Great service so far. Celeste and Juliana were extremely helpful and answered my many questions and always with a nice friendly manner. I love my apartment too!Also, I don't know his name yet but one of the maintenance guys really helped me. I had a sofa delivered a couple days ago and the delivery guy basically dumped it in the lobby and left me to fend for myself to bring it up to my apartment...I didn't have any help since my boyfriend was at work.I was on the verge of tears but the maintenance guy helped me get it up to my apartment so for me that was above and beyond.

Nice amenities, dog and pet friendly (a rarity in Gatineau!), great little community. Admin services are very lackluster but I have nothing but praise for the maintenance staff who are always kind, friendly, and helpful. I would be remiss if I didn't give a special mention to Josh, who is an incredibly friendly, hard working guy who is incredibly helpful and constantly on top of things. Whenever we have maintenance issues he's at our door at the speed of light and never leaves until he's certain all our needs are met.I'd give 5 stars if this was a Josh review!
