Stopped in for dinner with the family last week and had a great experience. Our server Nicole was very attentive and friendly. She treated my daughters like princesses and made sure they had a special time. The timing of the service was better than expected considering how busy it was. Whenever we needed more drinks or more napkins, Nicole was one step ahead of us! It will be hard to top that kind of service with a smile the next time we eat out.

Walking into this location, I noticed that is was well maintained and clean. I was greeted promptly. The overall service was very good. The server was genuinely kind and helpful. The food was fresh, well made and tasted delicious.

It was wing night and they were good ( a bit crispy) with the Coors light special. ( a Thursday 1/2 price wings + $6 Coors)Our waitress was excellent. She was helpful and attentive. It was a bit loud on the bar side but that’s just a bar.Nice clean bathrooms with old 40’s style sink and lots of parking.

Just had the most pleasant lunch experience. Our waitress was very attentive and got my order perfect without a pen. The burger was delicious and the pickles plentiful. My wife is now a Kelsey’s fan… Thank you Carly (Financial Drive)

This place was very disappointing. To start off, we had to wait an extremely long time for our food however, there was only one other party being seated throughout the entire restaurant as we went in the middle of the afternoon on a weekday. We got the Buffalo Chicken Potato Skins which were excellent. They had a really nice flavour and were cooked perfectly. However, the entrées were horrible. We got the Classic Sirloin which was very over cooked and tasted burnt. As you can see in the picture, it is also really small and not worth the price. We also got the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich which was below average. I’ve had better and more flavourful Nashville Hot sandwiches elsewhere and this one was not up to par. Between the unnecessarily long wait, bad food and mediocre service. I would not come back here again. I think this location is just bad because the Kelsey’s in Niagara was excellent.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I just had to shout out Aly for being the best server I’ve ever had! Came in for a quick app and drink (the spinach dip was amazing) and she was perfect from beginning to end. Prompt and caring service with a beautiful smile, I will definitely be back just for her! She is number one, by far.

Absolutely killed the steak fajita here. I was hesitant at first because it was my first time eating here but they absolutely blew this meal out of the park. The presentation was amazing 10/10, the dish came steaming hot and tasted delicious and I will be coming back most defiantly.

I worked at a Kelsey's years ago (another location) and boy has it changed! Wife and I went in for dinner the other night. The atmosphere here is great and our server Allie was very sweet. Not our usual area, but we'll pop into another Kelsey's soon.

What a disappointment!!!After 55mins the 1st appetizer came. Then 15mins later the the other appetizer and the two main entrees! The deep fried shrimp and hot peppers were difficult to find in the large blob of batter... like one mass. We sat outside, there was so much noise from the 6 lane road 30 meters away that at times we couldn't talk. We had to ask to have the plates removed...3 different girls before the table was cleared...5 plates and napkins!!! Then when it was time to pay I had two gift cards, the waitress put the machine down and told me to enter the numbers on the back of the cards and left me to it. Was this not her job? Won't be back. Maybe they were short staffed...no cook?For $160 it was a???
