We had an amazing experience with thermal comfort. The team was super responsive, professional, and truly went above and beyond in installing a brand new HVAC and tankless water heater. We would definitely use their services again!

Had an issue with my furnace cutting out during the winter. Called Thermal Comfort and Galo was able to send a technician out the following morning. He was able to diagnose the issue and provided me with my options. They provided me with different quotes depending on how I wanted to proceed. All of which were fair and reasonable. Did not feel pressured into making a certain decision. Ended up with replacing the furnace. Team arrived onsite as discussed. They replaced the unit and cleaned up after the work was completed. Was very satisfied with the work that I ended up replacing my AC unit and water heater. Would definitely recommend Thermal Comfort to anyone needing repairs or replacement in their home.

I'm super impressed with Galo and his team! I called around to find the best rate and once I found Galo I really wish I only had called him. Repaired my furnace quickly with the best rate and the team's customer service went beyond my expectations to be so accommodating. Trust me when I say he's the only call you will need to make.

My AC in my rental unit broke. I do not live in the country so the whole process had to be completed over the phone or by email. Galileo and his team came highly recommend by other owners of the complex my unit is in. He was fast, reliable and experienced. From the time I contacted him with questions to the time the new AC was installed was 4 days. I was stratified with the price. My tenants are happy. I am relieved that something I thought was going to be stressful turned out to be so easy because of working with him. I highly recommend using them for any of your AC needs.

I used Thermal Comfort to get my gas line extended to the back of my townhouse. It was a bit of a complicated set up and they had to come up with a creative solution to get my line to where I needed it. Thermal Comfort was able to come up with a solution that was minimally invasive as well as to minimize the cost. The workers were super polite, clean and worked efficiently and effectively to get the job done in one day. We were very pleased with the cleanliness as well as the attention to detail. I highly recommend this company for your residential projects!

The GOAT of the HVAC industry. I had an AC, tankless water heater, HRV, furnance, furnance plenum, gas manifold, and all necessary venting done by them and it was tremendous. From the first phone call to them driving away after they finished the job, everything was perfect. Very knowledgeable technicians, very tidy, extremely efficient. Galo gave me a tremendous price for everything. I highly recommend you use Thermal Comfort. Would give more than 5 stars if possible!

Our furnace was red tagged on January 3rd, 2020 at 1:00. We contacted Thermal comfort and our new furnace was installed on Saturday. The owner was fabulous and service gentleman was so efficient and tidy. The installation itself was the best we have ever had. I would use Thermal Comfort again for sure. So efficient and they really know their stuff! They also offered the best price!!!

We needed our ac and furnace replaced. The technicians were punctual, polite and had such a high attention to detail. The quality of work was so impressive in their installation. They did not rush and made sure to do the job right and cleaned up afterward. If you are looking for an ac or furnace I would highly recommend THERMAL COMFORT!

My friend Jen referred me to Thermal Comfort to fix my ageing HVAC system in my condo unit. Finally, a cool breeze! Everything was fixed quickly and the guys were so friendly.
