I highly recommend not to use Mitchell Irving for any type of realty, rentals or to own. I rented Mitchell's basement suite in his house for 2 years and during my stay, him and his gf were disrespectful and rude. Mitchell Irving has no knowledge of property management what soever, he can't even follow his own rules. To have a rule stating no noise between 11pm and 8am, but yet at 6:30am he has the right to allow his dogs to run around and them sounding like they weigh 400 lbs stomping. He has no right to have tenants living under his roof. He and his gf also have no right to own dogs if they don't know how to train them. During my stay a Dalmatian they got bit 4 people, including myself and my 2 children and what did he do absolutely nothing! We were all lucky and they were only minor bites that didn't break the skin but I'm scared someone will get extremely hurt and the dog will be put down. My deepest sympathies go out to his new tenants, I feel so sorry for them. Just a matter of time before they realize they made a serious mistake moving in there. My bf said it well Mitchell Irving is a douche!
