First Choice Haircutters

I will not be returning to this place! I asked for my hair to be evened out but instead I lose 3-4 inches of my hair. Not only that but it’s so short in the back and longer in the front! I payed $45.99 for something I did not want and the stylist didn’t say anything to me other than how do I want my hair cut and styled. She then proceeded use this shaver for men to “even out” my hair and wouldn’t show me the back of my head to see what it looked like. When she was all done I payed (which I shouldn’t have) and went to my car in almost tears. I have been spending so much time growing out my hair just to start at stage one with 4 months until prom. I do not recommend going to this place for a trim or to just get your hair evened out

I had a very nice haircut courtesy of Kimmi (she's the only Asian staff there I believe). She was very professional, very polite and not in a hurry. She asked me what kind of cut I wanted and was really interested on how to make it look good on me. She gave me the best haircut I've had in Fredericton so far. The rest of the staff are quite friendly and polite as well. I highly recommend this place!

I've mostly had meh experiences at various FC, but they have been excellent since i started getting cuts at this location. My past handful of sessions I've had Elias work on my hair. He's knowledgeable, attentive to your hair needs and has a wild sense of humour. Not only have i been happy with my simple cuts, my colour appointments have both turned out beautifully.

Had an appointment with Ethan this afternoon, we decided on an all over colour with ashy blonde highlights. I am in love with my hair and i don't think it's ever been softer! All staff were amazing at making sure that i am comfortable and have everything i needed. I love the final result and the heat protection they use is great. Thank you Ethan!!

Julie did such an excellent job with my hair. I’ve asked for her both times I’ve called to book. I also have the slightest wave, and she recommended this milkshake product to use when I want the curls actually to be there. She was right. When I use that product, it’s like I have curly hair!

I always make an appointment in advance with Jawn. I've been to expensive salons without being satisfied. Jawn always gives me great cuts for half the price. She is very skilled and professional. I highly recommend her.

Went in for a haircut, no appointment. Julie took me right away as it was early and there was no one waiting. She asked my preferences and followed through, the cut was quick, the style was exactly what I wanted. Would happily return.

I have had Julie the last 2 times I have gone there. She is very knowledgeable and does a great job! I went with a pixie cut this time, and she gave me exactly what I was looking for. I will be requesting her from now on!

Simple adult haircut from Julie, went quite well. Very efficient, set a good pace and knew what they were doing, asked the right questions and didn't force conversation or poke at a face mask. 24.49 is worth it for experienced skill, no hard tugs, comb scrapes or snipped skin.4.6/5 very good service~7:30pm on May 30th, 2023
