RuralLynx High Speed Internet

The RuralLynx people were amazing! They solved my internet service problem with ingenuity and diligence.One very polite technician stood in the cold snow of November to check for a signal, for quite a while, until he was able to find out where the dish had to be located. The follow up support was also excellent.Based on my experience, I would recommend RuralLynx to anyone who needs their service.

Absolutely enjoyed our time using RuralLynx for the past 2 years. The customer service there is second to none and they call back on weekends as well. The service itself was good. Highly recommend them to anyone thinking of using them!

This will be our second year (summer) using Rural Lynx as our internet provider at the cottage. Prior to 2022, there were no internet options for us, which was had become a safety issue as our cell phones did not work.No only do we now have reliable internet access at a reasonable price, all of our dealings with them have been delightful.They have the best customer service approach of any such providers we have ever dealt with in the past. They definitely could teach a thing or two to the big 3 Telco providers

We have been happy with the service provided by RuralLynx since the start and highly recommend the company!! From the sign-up, through installation and setup, they provided detailed, timely, and friendly customer service. Plus, their internet speed is far better than that of our previous ISP.

For reliable, stable and fairly priced internet service, RuralLynx has been our go-to provider at our cottage, from almost the first day they opened up. I only wish that my provider at home was half as good as RuralLynx!

We had Rurallynx outfit our remote 5-acre resort with a point to point system to provide high speed internet for our guests.Their service has been exceptional! Fast and reliable! Probably the best option if you can't afford Starlink, but still very bad. Awful customer service. Overcharged me on my bill TWICE; instead of reimbursing, they told me that they'd just knock it off of my next 2 bills (wasn't planning on staying with them that long). Speeds constantly dip in the evening. Showing them speedtests does nothing, as they just say it's fine on their end. STAY AWAY unless you have NO other option.

I’ve had RuralLynx as my internet provider for about 5 years, they have nothing but great service! The speed was great, no issues with connections, great customer service! I would highly recommend them!

They have seasonal packages available for folks that are in trailer parks. The problem is the parks open on the may long weekend and they want payment in March. This is a great way to collect money from hundreds if not thousands of households and not have to provide service. Smart play for a company to make interest for a couple of months from every household. By this logic you might as well just leave every account active all year round and claim that your only 700$ a year. No one is there to tax you network anyway. That’s my free marketing tip to you.Lastly. Regardless of the situation, you will be billed if a truck rolls. REGARDLESS OF FAULT OR SITUATION. if they move a truck you will get a bill. So, if there antennas, towers, radios whatever are faulty you will receive an invoice.I wonder if the power goes out in their building and the fault is at the street, this company is prepared to pay for a hydro crew to restore service for them.Does this make sense? This business ethic is questionable to me.The accounts receivable department is wmo get the best. They truly have mastered the art of no. I understand the tactic and know that I am powerless in such conversations.I will be sending a copy of this review to the BBB and on October 31 (I can’t terminate the contract and get a refund) your radio will be waiting for you. Please come pick it up on that day as promised or I will be sending you invoices for storage fees charged daily.Between now and my contract has matured, I hope I do not run into any issues because if I need to call for service I will be billed again regardless driving my cost up even more. Disgusted
