I don't usually leave reviews unless I am very impressed. I am very happy that Marianne was my realtor for my first home purchase. The most important thing is that she really cares about what you want/what's best for you(not seller/her commission) You can trust her along the process. She will make a good analysis/strategy when you find a place you love. Very pleasant to work with and responsive. Marianne quickly figured out our likes and dislikes, researched and provided us with recommendations that matched our likes. This helped narrow our search quickly and hone in on the ideal place.
