Sam, Xavier and all the staff at Modern Golf are phenomenal. Friendly, knowledgeable, very accommodating. Sam always makes sure I have my important notes after my lessons before I even get to my car. Clean bays and top notch simulators.

The staff and instructors are amazing. Thank you to Craig and Sam. After all my years of golfing they both picked up issues that were obvious to them but not to me. It is early in the season (I have played 2 rounds) and already my irons are a lot more consistent. The biggest thing I learned is to recognize the mistakes that I am making and self correct. It will take some time to purge the old habits and commit the new ones to memory but I think my goal of being able to consistently break 90 this year is doable.Thank you. Ron Main

5 lesson pack, instructor Craig was excellent, easy to follow his tips, complimentary and positive criticism helped to identify the good and not so good with my swing. Goal was to shave 5 strokes, this summer I have some homework ! Will recommend

Sam Roy was fantastic! Asked the right questions, allowed me to test several options until we found the right setup for my game. I would highly recommend a fitting vs purchasing off shelf.

The facility, instructor and lesson were fine. I found it quite warm near the end of my time though.The $46 plus taxes charged to me in addition to the $90 gift card I presented ruined it for me. $145 for 45 minutes. Never again.Having an email from Trackman waiting for me at home after Modern Golf provided them my details without my knowledge was unacceptable.Overall score: Double bogey. I will not return.

Can’t say enough good things about Modern Golf. It’s a great place to practice or take lessons. Each bay has a state-of-the-art Trackman simulator, enabling you to get real-time feedback on your swing or enjoy a simulated round of golf at one of hundreds of courses from all over the world. They also have top-notch fitters with all the leading clubs and a huge selection of shafts to fit players of any skill level. The staff is great, too. They treat every customer like a VIP and are always on standby to handle any questions.

Extremely professional, knowledgeable, encouraging and informative. Left my lessons feeling confident and excited to get out to the driving range and on the course to use my new skills!! Highly recommend Modern Golf to beginners (like myself) and the most seasoned golfers!

Cole was amazing. He was patient and explained everything to me from my swing, where I was hitting the ball on my driver, the grips I should use, the length of my driver, etc.I would definitely recommend golfers get fitted at Modern Golf Halifax.

I had my first fitting ever a couple days ago with Sam and it was great. Extremely informative, humbling, and useful. Can’t wait for my clubs to come in and put them to use. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to find the right clubs for their game.
