Great experience overall. Furnace was short cycling and struggling to maintain heat. Advantage was responsive and quick to send a technician over. Our technician Lyle was a tremendous help - thorough and explained everything. Issue was fully resolved. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely the BEST company out there in terms of customer service!!!! We had some issues in a new home. Had the builder come out a few times and the issues persisted over two years. We had Advantage Heating come in just ONE time. Not only did they fix the issue right away, they also did a big extra for us free of charge to ensure we never had heating problems again. I would highly recommend them. They go above and beyond what is required.

Worst customer serviceHad my AC unit fixed by them told me it was not under warranty and charged me for a new one ,but it was under warranty.Horrible billing practice as well I wanted a break down and the owner said no .So my opinion is don't ever go here stay away ,there are better and more honest people to deal with .

Amazing service. Lyle is always welcome in our home, kind, curtious, extremely knowledgeable and professional. He has been to our home twice now, the second time I booked an appointment I told them I only wanted Lyle. I can speek for the rest of there crew but when you find a good honest tradesmen and the company he works for, you don't take chances. I would not call anyone else and always ask for Lyle!Thank you
