The Clinic at Clayton Heights

I saw Dr. Rauniyar today, she assumed what i had without sending me for blood work or waiting for results of 1 test she did. Telling me it is my fault and making me feel bad. She is extremely unprofessional. I called my family doctor and explained everything and now he is taking the proper steps. don’t come here

Worse clinic I’ve dealt with in awhile, they were booked up till next week for a simple phone appointment and by the time I get a phone call there was service problems. I get hung up on several times, I get frustrated and call the desk where they can hear me completely fine I say “wtf why can’t the doctor hear me what’s happening with the phone” since Im rushing to work and don’t have time to play phone tag. They now are resorting to calling me unprofessional because I said “fuck” when I’ve been trying to speak to the doctor for the last hour and nothing has been done to fix the service problem on his end. I was blatantly told “well he’s talking to other patients so no he can’t be having problems it’s on you that there’s a service issue” not once did the front desk ladies or the doctor try to fix the problem. If you are going to be doing phone call appointments I would expect another plan set up for the appointment to work incase something like this happens, people get frustrated, they swear and that’s not a reason to blatantly throw blame or not help when patients have to wait over a week to even get a phone call.

Definitely not one of my better visits to a walk in. Pretty much was told that I was wasting their time because I had a GP. Dr only heard one symptom and had my ailment pegged (very wrongly). Was sent home with a prescription for a sinus infection. 4 days later, I'm in the hospital with double pneumonia.

posted hours are not accurate at all, answering machine says they flat out do not retrieve voicemails,this situation is time sensitive but not a 911 emergency. kind of lazy to send people away when emergency room is already overloaded

Went to this walk-in clinic for my son who was experiencing a painful ear infection. Was seen quickly and the doctor and front desk administrator were very kind and welcoming to my son who was nervous to be there. We have a family doctor, but it is helpful in some situations to be able to drop in to a clinic near home without an appointment.

Love this clinic! The reception is always so caring and makes sure you are taken care of and that is rare to find. The doctors are so helpful and even did a follow up call to see how things were. Highly recommend

This clinic is great, they do proper testing to figure out what's wrong. Throughout four years they figured out what was wrong with me referred me to the correct specialists. However that being said they are extremely busy and always booked up for a week or a week and a half at a time. The population of Clayton has grown so much due to development and the clinics can't keep up. Also I hope that they will start accepting in person appointments instead of just over the phone.

The absolute worst office iv ever used, virtually impossible to see a doctor in the clinic, always a phone call, and now they cant even help me with a WCB injury because they have no doctor that deals with WCB reports? like what the hell kind of place is this. they do nothing for you, find somewhere else, this place will legit just let you die before doing anything to help

Amazing reception staff. The doctor and everyone I interacted with was lovely! I’ve never been treated so nicely at a Dr clinic before. They were all so friendly and kind.

waited a hour to get in jus for him to ask me 1 question then tell me im fine. i told him i dont feel fine he did not care. i went to the hospital that night and ended up having pneumonia n staying till 4 am doing blood work. but he said i have the ok ans tgat im fine .
