I come to Canada in 1989 and never see better butcher shop, and deli. Services are excellent, staff will help in any way that will accommodate your needs. Products are always fresh, bbq the best in Ontario, smoked meats and sausages amazing simple the best

Just had a most delicious meal of calf’s liver! TY Mary. Yes it’s $30/kg but dinner for 2 … only place I will buy liver! Of course how it’s cooked is important and we were able to cut it with a fork!PS … been buying our liver here for 30+ yrs.

Needed some organic calf liver so I came here and $28 later for only 1kg of liver was outrageous, on top of that when I got it home it was not even trimmed or cleaned properly, taste grainy and its not really calf liver way too tough and lacking any flavour. What garbage. They may have made money on me today with this trick but never again. I suggest you don't even bother shopping here. Update the dog woulnt even eat the liver, and its certainly not my cook.

I called today ( on New year's Eve) desperately looking for beet horseradish for a dish I just prepared. They were actually cleaning and closing shop, but they still answered the phone and waited for me to drive over ( I live 5 minutes away drive). Excellent customer service, they were very helpful and made some great suggestions for the products I was looking for. I'll be coming back in the new year for their deli and other products. Price was also excellent, thanks again for taking me in late on NYE.
