My wife and I were looking for a raisin pie for her Dad, it is his favorite, and so we contacted Angela and she was kind enough to take our custom order. The pie was fantastic, crust flakey and filling gooey, and my wife's Dad was very happy! I highly recommend Gillespie's Bakery and Angela - she is super friendly and nice!

We got an assortment of loaves, cupcakes, and pies from Gillespie's Bakery.Goods are beautifully presented and consistently fresh and delicious. Pleasant and cheerful service from the owner herself. Well worth the price. Will return again soon.

Was very happy with my order from Gillespie's Bakery! Their cheese biscuits rival Red Lobster's biscuits and their blueberry pie comes with the cutest homemade pastry. I also ordered the variety of 12 cookies which is great for anyone who can't decide on just one flavour! Did not disappoint, I'd highly recommend!!

What’s not to love about Gillespie’s Bakery? Everything on the menu is fresh and high-quality, without losing the personal touch of homemade baked goods. The owner, Angela, is so sweet and really cares about providing an amazing customer experience. I highly recommend!

Everything is delicious! The best loaf I have ever had is their Strawberry Pecan Loaf. Also a favourite for us is their cheese biscuits. Highly recommend all of their products. We had them do our wedding cupcakes, they were easy to deal with and everything was on time and fresh (and delicious!).

Gillespie's Bakery has some delicious baked goods! Their fresh pies are SO good! I've had their Strawberry Fresh Pie, Peach Fresh Pie, Cherry Pie, Strawberry Rhubarb Pie, and Blueberry Scones and they've all been great!
