I love love this place. Shes the best groomer that I’ve been to. I also love the fact that they not only cut the nails , but they file them after so they are nice and smooth. perfect puppy cut :)

I had an appointment for 8am. I arrived at 8am. The door was locked, the lights were off and no one was answering the phone. The opening hours on the door said they open at 9am. So I thought I made a mistake. I went back at 9am. Only for her to tell me I should have waited outside because she was late. And that she didn’t have time to groom my dog anymore, instead of apologizing and trying to fix her mistake. A normal person would have called me to see if I was still coming for my appointment. Especially when she had called me 2 days before to confirm the appointment. But she decided to be arrogant and blame the whole thing on me. And they are 10$ more expensive than other groomers i’ve been to. The only reason I go there is because they are conveniently located near my house. Never going back.

Best groomer we’ve ever been to. Great service. Diana is a genuinely nice lady and you can see that she really cares and enjoys what she does. See you guys soon!

Went for my dog's first grooming session and I cannot be more satisfied! All the dogs are taken care of and we can see they love coming here. The staff is extremely nice and the prices are more than affordable. I will definitely come back here and recommend this place to as many dog owners as I know!

Always get a steady, nice grooming from them. Marcela is a sweetheart and very pleasant to deal with. I have a bichon frisée and I book here regularly because she has my full trust. Thank you for the consistent service :)

Really recommend Marcela! My two dogs are usually very nervous about getting their nails trimmed but she has a way of comforting them and getting it done without any fuss! This is our new spot now :)

I was very very happy with the service I received throughout the years. My dog had been going since he was a young puppy.In 2022 Archie did not get groomed as often due to many factors… I was told by text I would not be able to have him groomed there anymore because he did not go often enough and regulars would be privileged, when I told them I would take my business elsewhere I was told “good luck” .. very passive aggressive.All to say, your dog will be taken care of but if you don’t provide regular appointments you will not be serviced.For these reasons I am disappointed and will not recommend them to anyone anymore.

I can't emphasize enough on how amazing Toilettage Marcella is! They always put the dogs's needs first, accomodate you and they are super friendly. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Amazing service and very professional! I needed to have my puppy's nail cut....i wasn't very successful doing it myself... due to the fact that he moves alllll the time lol.They took in my anxious 7month old jack russell/beagle (needless to say he's got quite the energy!) and the staff did a terrific job in less then 10mins the very day I called to book an appointment!!! His nails look superb! They were cut and somehow filed down to perfection they feel super soft and i can tell he's more comfortable too...as am i with the scratching! Marcella's grooming is the only place we will be visiting from now on!! Thanks again guys!
