I first came to Steelos while in between stylists and needing something quick in the interim, years later here i am, happier with my hair than I’ve ever been. The stylist Savvas knows EXACTLY what he’s doing when it comes to a cut and a colour, as well as anything else i throw at him. The atmosphere of the salon is friendly and fun and genuinely caring. Couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Stop in, you won’t regret it!

Got mine and my boyfriends hair trimmed, I showed what First choice Haircutters did to our hair last year and how bad our hair looked after. The people here were amazing, offered free coffee, awesome music, and our hair looks much better! I definitely recommend this place. Amazing service, amazing staff. I will definitely come back. Pathetic experience. Yesterday I called and booked the appointment for hair color. The lady on the phone Jane told me that for full hair color the price is $100 and for root touch up it's $90. I told her to book me in and that I have a little time crunch as I have a 7 month old at home. Today when I went the moment they looked at my hair they started saying that it cannot be $100. On top of that the owner and the person at the front desk (Sevan with tattoo on his arms) were talking to me so loudly and disrespectfully. I told them to talk softly and if they have a set policy then why was that not told to me on the phone. I am a working mom..they wasted my time and due to there flaw I suffered and on top of that they were showing there ridiculous attitude without any apology. I wonder that's how they talk to all of there clients.wont recommend to anyone. I wish I could have made a video of there awful behaviour.

Very clean and welcoming place. I've had great experiences no matter who ends up cutting my hair. Ever person is great all around!

Very respectful and friendly service. I'd recommend it to anyone if you are looking for a cut or styling.I had Samar as my stylist. Booking with her is more than worth it, and she talks with you on exactly what she is doing/has in mind.Even if you just go in for a quick cut, make sure you get her to wash/condition for you. She is very good at what she does. It is a very relaxing experience dealing with Samar.

Great! It was an amazing experience very lively. I can tell the owner treats staff well and is very outgoing and kind. Keep up the hard work. My haircut looked amazing, and Steelo was able to cut it as it looked in the picture I showed him!

Hi Bravneet I didn’t see that, I was there when this happened, I remember it. Didn’t think anyone was yelling. I really enjoyed the service I received the same day. My hair looks great and so was the price! I would love to find a place that would do cut, colour and blow out for only $100.00! Sevan, with the tattoos is a great stylist and never yelled at me!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hair salon. I decided to make a last-minute appointment for a haircut before my trip to NYC, and was excited to try out this place due to its excellent reviews. However, my experience was far from satisfactory.When I called for an appointment, I was told to come in as soon as possible, and assumed it was because there were other appointments scheduled. Unfortunately, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes despite being told to come in urgently.To add to my frustration, the barber who cut my hair, Ali, was not able to speak English, and I was not informed of this beforehand. I had brought pictures of the specific haircut I wanted (a mid fade), but was unable to communicate effectively with Ali during the haircut, and had to watch helplessly as he cut my hair. To my dismay, the end result was nothing like the pictures I had shown him, and looked more like a buzz cut that I would have received when I was six years old!I was extremely disappointed with the haircut and the service I received at this salon. I had expected a higher level of communication and professionalism from a salon with such positive reviews. I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for a quality haircut or good customer service.

Have been coming to Steelos shop for about a year now. honestly, the salon is amazing all the staff are super friendly and accommodating. With the great environment comes great haircuts as well. I get my hair cut by Steelo, who takes his time and does an amazing job every time. No complaints 10/10 shop. I recommend this place to all my friends

First time at Steelo's and I was pleasantly appointed with Samar for a Perm and a haircut! She was quick and efficient and definitely provided the best possible service ever. Would for sure come back again !
