Super sloooow to check in . 2 guys at the counter and deliberaty spending 20 minutes with each client .It took me an hour and half just to get a trailer and go.. unreasonable.Poor customer service, sloths can get the job quicker than the employees at this location.Never again

The guy that serves you does an amazing service, but he works all alone and this makes the waiting time way too long. Keep in mind to line up for one hour to get your truck.

We had a cargo reservation for 3:30am. When we went to the location, both exists were blocked by other trucks. So impossible to get it out. We went back at 5am to take pictures for the complaint. We saw the general manager who happened to be around and he said that there's nothing he could do to help us. (THANKS BY THE WAY)Be careful with reservations for after hours pick up. Looks like they can't deliver that service.

Very good service, was not able to reserve online due to a program glitch, which they would attend to. Serviced via phone call and then checked in at store in English & French. Very swift and polite service. Upon return, the gentleman did a brief inspection, calculated my bill and even hand delivered my receipt to me outside.I would recommend them & will surely use them again.Thank you, U-Haul, Montreal North!

Worst place ever I prepaid online and reserve took them 1 hours to get me a truck the place was unsnowed all the trucks were stuck they made me 2 hours late I don’t nor recommend them

Uhaul pie-IX is the worst one ever they should change all the personnal there my reservation was at 9h30 and now it's 10h30 and Im still waiting in line. Plus there is a disguting smell inside. Finally, the mobile pick is false advertisement the system doesnt work at all. Even if I was able to call an agent they were not able to do anything.

We had a reservation done online so it'll be faster. The clerks were taking their sweet time, on their phones and what not. Only for the system to crash. We spent 25minutes and the system was still down. Since it was taking so long our window of time for moving was gone and we had to cancel our plans
