Absolutely the best dentist I have ever been to! Dr. Galessiere is not only brilliant, but genuinely cared for my concerns, fear being a major one. She took the time to answer my questions, and explained everything in a way without making my anxiety worse. Angie is fabulous as well, ensuring my comfort the entire visit, and even called me the next day to check on me! I am so grateful to have been referred here and will never go to another dentist again.

The worst experience ever. Dr Galessiere screwed up my daughter's teeth. She lost both of her molars because of the low quality service provided at the clinic. Save your children from this doctor. All they care about is money. So sad!

I have been going to Dr. Thomas since he was in the Professional building on Portage Road. He is a great dentist and he has a great sense of humour. I have never had any problems with any work he has done and now my husband and kids also go there. I highly recommend him to everyone

Every appointment is a pleasant experience! From the front desk staff, hygienists - to the dentists. Always kind and professional!But.... how many more years must I stare at that broken TV??? Located in one of the hygienist rooms. It’s been at least 2 years that I know of.... I know, 1st world problems! lol

When a practice lies to get you in, just to fill up their dental hygienist's calendar, you know they are just in it for the money and care nothing for their patients. They cost me pay for hours missed, disrupted my family schedule, all because I was told I had to see a specialist on a Friday morning, and he doesn't even work Friday's.

While the office itself was impressive, boasting a pleasant atmosphere and up-to-date technology, my experience with the hygienist and Dr. Thomas left much to be desired.Let's start with the positives. The office had a nice ambiance, and it was evident that effort had been put into creating a clean, covid safe, and comfortable environment for patients. The up-to-date technology added to the overall professionalism of the establishment, showing that they were keeping up with advancements in dental care.However, my disappointment arose during the cleaning session with the hygienist. I found it frustrating that she wouldn't allow me to swallow my saliva or have it suctioned during the cleaning process when I required it. This lack of consideration for my comfort made the experience quite unpleasant.Things only went downhill when I met with Dr. Thomas. My tooth had not been causing me any discomfort prior to the visit, but he insisted on drilling into it, claiming there was a cavity. To my dismay, he proceeded to drill half of the tooth before I realized what was happening. This lack of communication and explanation from Dr. Thomas was disconcerting, to say the least.To add insult to injury, Dr. Thomas left a piece of gauze or dental material in my mouth after completing the procedure. This oversight displayed a lack of attention to detail and left me feeling disappointed and concerned about the quality of care I received.In conclusion, while the dentist office had a nice, clean environment with up-to-date technology, my experience with the hygienist and dentist left a lot to be desired. I hope that they can improve their communication and attention to patient comfort in the future.

Been going to this dentist since I was a kid and they were located in Portage. Since moving the service and kindness of the staff is the same.Today at 24 years old I had my wisdoms teeth removed and was worried about the whole expirence. I was taken care of wonderfully, from the receptionist, to the anesthesiologist, the dentist and dental assistant. I was totally put to sleep and have expirence little pain being 10 hours post op.I am so thankful for there kindness and patience though my nerves.I would recommend them to anyone anytime.
