These guys are great. Not only do they know their stuff, but customer service is excellent. They were very helpful and accommodating in finding parts for my car and swapping them when I changed my mind.Definitely recommend.

Extreme Parts sells the RS4 honeycomb grill for the standard Audi A4 B9 (NON S-Line), which was something very difficult to find online as it seems everyone stocks the S-Line version only (I believe the S-Line grill has different tabs compared to the regular A4).Sales staff were friendly and responsive by text message. Pickup was quick and easy. As I wanted to install the grill right away, Extreme Parts recommended a local shop that could install it for me at a reasonable price. The shop they recommenced was great, and the technician (Maurice) was able to fit me in as soon as I arrive and install the grill within 1 hour.The only issue -- after Maurice removed the bumper and grill, we realized the new grill from Extreme Parts was actually the wrong one (too big, likely from another A5 or other model completely). Initially, I was upset because I knew Extreme Parts closed at 3pm, however, Maurice was able to call them and Extreme Parts sent someone to my location (the local shop they recommended for installs) with the correct grill so the technician could finish the job on the spot. Even though this added on an extra 30-45 mins, I was pleased that there was a very quick resolution.In a way, I am very fortunate that I chose to use their recommended shop rather than taking the original grill home and to my regular technician, as we would have been hit with the same issue of the grill not fitting, and had to of went all the way back to Extreme Parts for the correct part.I assume this is an exception and does not happen often. The learning lesson here is to try and check yourself if the part is the correct size/fitment at pickup.

I bought a bumper lip from them knowing it was not gonna be good quality plastic since it's not OEM but the part was not symmetrical as it was bent more on one size than the other. The plastic was cheap and very soft. The bumper lip did not fit properly and was short to wrap around. I would suggest buy good OEM parts and save money. It's not worth the hastle.

Extreme Parts has been my go to for years. Gino the owner is very approachable and knowledgeable and always provides me with insight. Prices and selection are great too!! Their parts are all over my car, and I really like how it turned out.

Bought the following parts for my 2018 BMW 440i Gran Coupe: mirror caps in gloss black and the side decal kit. Mirror caps were great, very easy to install. The side decal kit however isn't long enough for a Gran Coupe. It's supposed to wrap around the body panel just behind the front wheels, but there wasn't enough vinyl to do so. The vinyl itself is also really cheap.

I’m sorry but my rating for xtremeparts have gone from 5star to 1star.I specifically ordered for Msport rear bumper with performance diffuser and Msport side skirts for an F30, however I dint have space in my car to fit them up and upon checking with Gino, i was advised that my painter could pick up the parts from the store & hence i paid and left.When i went to the paint shop to get my bumper and sideskirts installed and i found out that the side skirts provided to the mechanic were M3 look and not Msport and the painter had them already painted. Now my whole car looks strange coz my front and back end of the car is Msport and the side skirts are M3 look.I’m Extremely upset & unhappy with the service and can’t believe how was this missed, inspite of telling this multiple times when purchasing & why would a person give M3 side skirts with an Msport bumper ??I have lost interest in my project as I don’t want to spend additional $600 for getting another set of side skirts and paint job as the policy is no return or exchange.

The purchasing process was great! But the customer service after sales is non existent. I ordered a lip from Extreme Parts and it arrived on time but who ever packaged the item damaged it by bending it to fit in to a box that is obviously to small. Fiberglass doesn't like being bent. I called multiple times, sent pictures of the damage, and every time was given the run around and still haven't been contacted! Never once was I being disrespectful, but at the end of the day I'd rather cut my loses then lose my hair dealing with this company. They have a good selection of parts but be weary when ordering with them!

I ordered this bumper assembly to take my F30 from stock bumper to M-Sport. Had a body shop install as I was doing an insurance repair. Big fan of the look. Fitment is great. The bumper came ready for paint. Definitely changes the look of the car for the greater-much more aggressive. Dealing with Gino was easy. I had a lot of questions and even questions after ordering, and he was able to assist with all. Delivery to Calgary was within a week. E-transfer makes things easy and quick as well. Got my grill from them I was very happy with their service they are very busy so make sure you know what you want. Quality is very good and fair pricing I was referred to them by a friend of mine so I will definitely tell everyone I know about them.
