RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!Been with them over 5 years. Large commercial policy. Every year is a headache to renew. I asked for an estimate/quote to change a few options on the policy, simple. They could not provide that in writing. I was told I had to use their online portal" to get a quote. I did that several times and NEVER gave me an actual amount I would be charged. I expressed the frustration to them and their response "Everything is done in the backend. Even WE don't see the prices. And whatever price you are provided may not be accurate as the actual insurance company is the only one with the correct numbers." What a way to pass the buck. The absolute only reason I have stayed there is the price being lower than other places for the type of policy I need. 3 days to get email response. 4 days to get voicemail response. I'm shopping for another broker.RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!"

I was a client with AJG (London ON) for several years, and even though I had a very competitive auto insurance policy with them, I left and am now dealing directly with an insurance carrier because of how poor their customer service was. (I am now paying $20 more per month, and it is 100% worth it).On several occasions I would try to reach out to them via email or phone call, and no one would respond. Two separate occasions I emailed/called them asking to add car rental to my policy for a trip, and no joke both times they reached out to me confirming they could add it after I already returned. Probably took them 1 month to get back to me.After I canceled my home insurance policy with them last year, they continued to take payments out of my account. Once I got my refund it was half the amount I was owed, and I had to do the calculations for them on what the refund should be.I stuck it out for a while thinking it would improve, especially because my service rep changed 3 times, but it was always the same outcome.If you are looking for a responsive insurance broker, where you do not need to constantly follow-up with them, AGC (London on location) is not the right fit for you.

Our representative is Melissa Teves and you couldn’t find a nicer person to deal with! Always returns calls promptly and is extremely knowledgeable! Very helpful in all areas! Never has she tried to hurry me off the phone when I keep asking her questions! Wonderful person!Would definitely refer people to Gallaghers!

Arthur J. Gallagher has been handling my auto and house insurance for several years. I deal with Craig Vella specifically. The service I receive is excellent. Pamela Davidson has to be the worst insurance broker. Gives me a quote for insurance, gives me an incorrect quote. Now costing me extra money. FYI you hire an insurance broker to find the lowest rates. Pamela is completely incompetent and should quit her day job and find a job that doesn't involve competency
