I rented a bouncy castle for my sons birthday not only did they answer emails and calls promptly they were always available at any time of the day! Especially with COVID and province-wide restrictions they were very accommodating to the pricing and schedule flexibility of the rental.I would HIGHLY recommend Fiesta Rentals!

Horrible and unprofessional company! I would never recommend that anyone should use this company! I was the one who was responsible to book the holiday entertainment for my employers Christmas Party. I booked 3 jumping castles that were delivered 1 hour before are party ended. The Santa smelled like booze and was incoherent. One of the face painting clowns need to go outside every 20 minutes for a smoke break. I was so embarrass I called and spoke to a lady named Claudia who told me she was the owner. She was very short and rude on the phone and told me that these issues do not concern her. She told me that I should of address the situation with the entertainers and delivery men. Buyer beware use another company to hire entertainment or rent inflatables because this company will rip you off!

We ordered two inflatables for our company event and both were a big hit!! Our employees had so much fun playing these games. The delivery came on time and the two individuals who helped us set up and take down were friendly and super helpful. There is a huge variety of inflatables to choose from, and we would love to try out other games for future events. Thank you Claudia and the Fiesta Rentals Team!

Claudia and her team made our son’s second birthday party so wonderful! He and his little friends had a great time and the parents all commented on how great everything looked. The team who set up and took down the items were so polite, helpful and respectful. We couldn't have asked for a better company to work with. Hired Fiesta rental for my daughters safari theme. It was an amazing set up and experience. Would not have had it any other way! Highly recommend their ball pit and bouncing castle. It was a huge hit. They were super easy to work with and their pastel colour collection is just perfect!!
