Parkers Custom Clothing Care and Dry Cleaners

Absolutely disgraceful.. they charged me 100 bucks for 4 shirts, didn’t ask me how I want my shirts cleaned and just charged me the highest amount. They lady at the front was rude when I asked about the charges her response to my question was “ you were not here to tell us how to wash your shirts “ which doesn’t make any sense. I get that some small businesses are struggling but stealing from customers isn’t the best way to get by! Total rip off!

Was charged 130$ for three items. Both jackets were improperly cleaned and still smelled, while one of the jackets had a marker mark on the sleeve which was previously not even there.I spoke to the attendant at the front, and she gave me Mary S.'s contact number. I tried to call several times with no answer.Grossly overpriced, and terrible service.

Called me after I dropped it off telling me that they can't dry clean my suit for an originally agreed upon time. Next day, went to pick it u p they had my suit folded in a plastic bag all wrinkled. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I was quoted the wrong price for my coat cleaning. When I went to pick it up they wanted to charge me 75 dollars instead of 35 which I was originally quoted. She basically told me there was nothing she could do. She has zero customer service skills and was terribly rude. She kept repeating that 35 dollars is the price for a regular jacket and mine was 3/4 length. It was actually mind blowing that she couldn’t see that this wasn’t my issue. I am the customer, if the staff delivers the wrong quote that is the company’s problem not the customers. By reading the reviews it seems that this misquoting happens a lot at Parker’s. After refusing to pay and demanding a manger and owner they ended up only charging me the $35. A customer shouldn’t have to get upset for them to be taken care of properly. I will never use you again and I will let others in the area know about my awful experience. Be accountable for your actions.

I love this place because of Rose . She is the nicest person . So sweet so professional. The place is a bit pricey but Rose makes everything so comfortable that's why I keep coming back :)

Overpriced for normal cleaning compared to other local dry cleaners in the GTA that equally provide the cleaning process and services.

My family has used them for years. Never had a problem. Service is fast, friendly, and reliable.

Disgustingly over price, awful service and suits were poorly serviced. Do not use these crooks.

I think they do a good job on dry cleaning and alterations, but get their quotes in writing. We were under-quoted by $100 and they didn't acknowledge it (until we pointed it out) nor compromise on the price when charging us $300 in place of the expected $200. *** Had we known the real total, we would NOT have dry-cleaned some of the items.

Dishonest business practices, quote one price, and charge another once you pick up your items. Price was double what was quoted, plus added on services that were not mentioned when dropping off item. $300 for one jacket (that was not cleaned properly) is ridiculous.
