Mike showed up to the house early and prepared to do the house inspection. He was very professional and thorough with the inspection. The report that was provided back was very detailed, with pictures, an indication as to how urgent the fix is needed, along with explanation as to why things are an issue. As a first-time home buyer, I had many questions and I did not quite understand everything that was on the report. Michael was helpful and patient enough to explain things to me. The service provided was very good and I would recommend him. The price and quality of report you get back is well worth it!

Michael and his team were exceptionally professional, punctual and helpful. I was very impressed by the service Michael provided for my home inspection! He was able to accommodate my last minute request and was quick to respond. He did such a thorough inspection and then provided me with a full, detailed report on all of his findings, as well as recommendations and prioritizations on how/when to address some issues. We were in rush to do the inspection for our house. We called Michael, and he made himself available in a couple of hours. He did the inspection and helped us to make a good purchase. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions and provided me with a report that was loaded with many pictures, very detailed but easy to read and understand.I would highly recommend Michael's service to everyone.
