It was a great experience. Knowledgeable people and answered all my questions. The prices are great. A lot of choices. Close to home as well. I would recommend if you need wood floors to go have a look. The have quality products there.

The moment we walked into BARWOOD, Dorval, We knew we were going to do business with a very professional establishment. Kudos to our sales representative Mr. Andre Dion. Since there are so many different types of flooring available we didn't know what would be best for our living environment. Andre took the time to explain to us what would work and what wouldn't work. Our home was built in 1984 and we wanted to bring the look up to todays standard. We decided to purchase the wood flooring BIRCH in a mat finish. The installers from BARWOOD finished the job yesterday and we must say we got the WOW factor from the installers. The team (3 people) was professional. Arrived early between 7-7:30 am and the job was completed in under 2 days. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and highly recommend BARWOOD PILON, Dorval. We were fortunate enough to be assisted throughout our project by André, Hugues, Dave and Maxime ( delivery) and the outstanding installation by Frédéric. It was refreshing to deal with such an organized team who was very responsive to our needs, supplied an exceptional product, met deadlines, kept us informed and remained on schedule. I rarely post reviews but when it’s well deserved, I take the time to do it.Had an excellent experience shopping at Barwood Pilon Kirkland and working with Antonio on my order. Antonio was patient, kind, and very caring. As our home renovation took a turn for the worst, our installation date was severely delayed and all that Barwood Pilon cared about was the the safety of our family and ensuring that we were ok. Even though we had a large balancing owning with them, they put the business aspect aside and never made us feel pressured in any way. They put the human side of things first, even to the point that our store rep would call us to see if we were doing ok, something that we sincerely appreciated.I had the pleasure of working with everyone from the actual boutique, including Hugues in their installation department, and Mr. Pilon, the owner of the company.After all was said and done, we finally had the flooring installed last week. Patrick and his wife were fantastic and they both take a lot of pride in their work. The job was done perfectly.Overall, this is a company who puts the client first and truly cares about building relationships, something that is very rare these days.I look forward to working with Barwood Pilon in the future as we will need more flooring to finish up our home renovation project. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for their next hardwood flooring purchase, you will not be disappointed.

We had great customer service at Barwood Pilon from Antonio. We received the floor this week and installed them and they look Amazing. Antonio really recommended us to go with the Mirage collection and it was well worth it to invest in the mirage hardwood floors since they are simply outstanding. We trusted the quality of the floors since we know people who bought Mirage floors 20 years ago and they still look at same after 20 years. You can't go wrong when selecting Mirage hardwood floors. The floors are made in Canada and it was important for us to go with a local made product to encourage the local economy. It is even more important now with Covid to encourage local business.

Terrible contractor. They don't stand behind their work. Our floor started to lift in a certain area of our house and the owner of this company basically blamed it on us saying that it lifted because we let water accumulate on the floor. I'm sorry but who in their right mind would leave a puddle of water on the floor in their brand new house.Ridiculous.

They deliver what they promise. Really professional and serious people. You won't worry about having problems with the floor, delivery, installation, etc. In my case, I got an issue with the nosing ( color mismatch) and they took care of everything. They kept me informed all the time. Their customer service is excellent , many thanks to JF for having such a great serviceIt is really worth it and their prices are the same as other places (cheaper in some cases). When you have issues is when you really know a company skin (Everyone sells but not everyone wants to deal with problems).Thanks Barwood team

Good service but expensive.They have good quality products but if you're looking for more variety in wood or colours, you might be better visiting somewhere else.
