Never order through spyce unless you want to waste time and money. They will make the order brutally wrong and expect you to pay without looking at.

It was good service but the lady was in a rush , it wasn’t busy and not let me use my subway app and when paying I want to pay with cash she keep try to tell me pay with card

I worked here a few years ago and I must say, it was one of the best jobs I've ever had. The staff are all wonderful and friendly, and the manager Avi is very caring! If you have a problem or a bad experience I recommend talking to him, he likes to hear what he can do to help the store. It might just be a subway in a small town but you can tell it means a lot to him and he does his best everyday to make it an above average experience for people.

Food here is good. However not always great service. Seen it was clearly not open, was seeing if my shoes were left behind. However worker couldnt take a minute to see because she needed to open up on time""

If I could give this Subway more stars, I would. Avi is one of the most amazing owners, and his staff are second to none. I would argue this subway is one of the best in Canada, if not North America!! They are fast, work as a team, and keep a very welcoming environment. They try to remember their regular customers sandwiches, and now start making mine without even needing to ask now. If you support one business in Smithers, this is the one. Clean, fast, and amazingly friendly. 10 out of 5 stars!!!
