Worst! Very RUDE staff especially that rude girl on the front!!! worst worst worst customer service!they need more training on how to handle customers! this is why I prefer other couriers.they dont even deserve a 1-star here.to that girl all I can say is quit your job, you dont belong to this industry.

It's a long way from Sylvan lake. The package I sent back to the USA was quick and accurate.

Loomis can be a bit of a headache to deal with, but the main lady that answers the phone at the Red Deer depot is pleasant and helped me chase down a package for me a couple times now. She gets 5/5!!However the 1-800 number is always horrrrribleeee customer service. They are always so extremely rude and obviously hate what they are doing for a living. They get -62627/5.

Dropped my package off at Spruce View Loomis. When I got there they had no way of weighing it or taking a payment so the lady told me to leave it and she’d call me on the morning when the delivery guy came to tell me a price. I heard nothing and called back and she wasn’t working that day. I called back two days later and still no one knew what happened to my package. I tried tracking and nothing. Finally a week later I got a hold of the original woman who said she had forgot and when she saw my message that day sent it out Canada Post. The package seems to have disappeared in Canada Post so I phoned Loomis customer service to complain but because the shipping number was cancelled on their end I don’t have a tracking number to file a complaint with. Never ever will I ship with them again.

They should change their name to 'hold and pick up service'. They will try" to deliver your item twice and never contact you or anything

The worst company I ever dealt with. They can't answer the phone and when I got someone on the phone she wasn't helpful and finally she hung up on me. Loomis can't deliver because I'm on Range Rd, but I live 1 mile from town, where FedEx, Purolator, UPS have been able to deliver. They are asking me to pick up my package in Red Deer. There is no words to describe this company. Don't use this company it is worthless. I would give no stars at all if I could.

Watch out. They constantly charge for Pick up not available". They can't even tell you what they were suppose to pick up. You need to enter a shipping address on-line to schedule a pick up so they should know but they don't and still try to charge 10 bucks for nothing. I think they hope businesses won't care and pay it."

Ordered from Walmart and unfortunately, they shipped using Loomis. As usual, it ended up at the depot on the north end of Red Deer held for pickup because 'They don't ship to Range Roads...' I could've picked it up at Walmart with less driving so it's now further away (45 mins one way so close to 2 hrs total by the time you have to go in etc...). I called both Walmart and Loomis when I saw the label was printed as Loomis to try to get it switched or cancelled but was told by both that I'd have to just wait and that it should show up on my doorstep. Why do they accept these shipments when they don't deliver to the address??? Purolator, UPS, Fed-Ex, Intelicom all come to our door.

The only people they treat worse than their customers are their own staff. Poor place to work, even poorer company to ship with. If you’re a rural customer, good luck. They’d sooner wipe their rear with you than do anything to help. Warehouse staff is underpaid, and the care put into your packages shows. If you want a late, broken package Loomis Red Deer is your go to shipping solution.

The lady who runs the customer service desk in Red Deer is highly professional and does an excellent job of helping people. She deserves 10 stars.
