They ripped me off. The owner Steve is dishonest and will say anything to make the sale. Didn’t find out until after I tried to hold them to their word.The orthotics wasn’t working for me. They modified it once and it was worse than the first time. They said they’ll try to modify it up to two times - they started ignoring me after I expressed my discomfort with the second set. They also delete my google reviews, so this is my second time writing it.Update to reply: stay patient?? My initial purchase took place Sep 2021. I was constantly reaching out all thru winter 2021. I stopped receiving replies from both your number and the business number in Jan 2022. It is now March 2023. You had ample time to address this. Yes, google reviews is my last resort after you robbed me $500 (according to reception there is no refund, yet you verbally promised me there is eligibility for refund at point of purchase, while playing the “I am the owner” card).Readers be advised. Take your business anywhere else.
