The team at Roof Pro Plus have absolutely met all of our expectations. In late 2022, we moved forward with Jan and team to undertake a large roof replacement, moving from cedar shake to a synthetic slate option. From the in-depth expertise, commitment and professionalism of the crew on site to the responsive and solutions-oriented office-team support, our family home and property was in great hands throughout – including a meticulous nightly clean-up that allowed our dog and children to run around the project site. Value for us is not only derived from price, but workmanship, longevity, cleanliness and respect for our property, aesthetics of the end state and trust that the company will be there in the long-run should any follow-on work be required. We had a fantastic experience using Roof Pro. We needed to get our roof reshingled and repaired and new skylights installed. When I called their office, their staff was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions concerning our roof. Dean, their sales representative, came to quote our house; he informed us of the different types of shingles out there, their ratings, which skylights are the best to use, and the many choices of colours we could use to get our shingles in. When Dean completed his estimate, he reviewed his diagram of our house with us, the areas that needed to be repaired, and the costs.I highly recommend this company.
