Wow! I usually never leave reviews, but I just had to express my outmost gratitude for send it courier! They have an amazing team that are super understanding and kind! I (unfortunately) had to send a package to a not-so-friendly individual, and Send It Courrier were beyond accommodating. Helping me feel safe in not only getting my package to where it needed to be, but also in protecting my privacy. I even had to change the time of delivery, and was met with only kindness. Under my special circumstances, I even got a call for the courier herself, who was an absolute sweetheart. Seriously incredible people, along with outstanding customer service and amazing prices?! Look no further, these guys are the best in the city. Thank you Send it Courier!!

I've realized I've been using Send it Courier for almost six months now and never took the time to write a review, how rude of me, especially since this is one company that I rely on heavily, use constantly, and cannot imagine my business/life without them. My life without Sendit Courier would be the equivalent of not having my coffee in the morning (trust me, I depend on that.) I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are so polite, communicative, fast, flexible, cost-efficient, and reliable. I've used other courier services and believe me, none compare. From the email support to the couriers I meet briefly at the door, I've never had an issue with anyone, they have always been so polite, and my packages ALWAYS arrive on time, NEVER damaged or misplaced. 10/10 Recommend. Stop looking elsewhere, you are at the right spot!

I had a last minute after hours delivery that needed to be done within an hour and these guys came through for me. Within 10mins of calling in the order, someone was at my office to pick up the package and it was delivered on time. Rates are super reasonable. I recommended my company use them from now on for our downtown deliveries.

The company seems great, and everyone is super friendly. Prices are good too.Only 2 stars this time as I paid for a rush order, was promised it would be delivered by 2:30pm, but it wasn't even picked up until 2:30. The courier couldn't guarantee she would bring it straight to the delivery address (even though she was late, and this package was time sensitive.)Not sure I would go with this company next time.

These guys were great! I had to return a lens but was heading out of town, which was a very nerve racking experience. The team at Send It were so professional, took the time to make sure my complicated info was heard and understood, and delivered the lens no problem. Most of all they calmed me down and make sure my valuable cargo was safe.Thank you so much to the Send It Team!I will definitely be suggesting them to everyone!

I've used Send It at the office for the past several months and have had great service. They've consistently delivered on time, and are great about calling if there are any issues with a pick-up. I recently used them for a huge batch of deliveries/pick-ups and it went off without a hitch. Prices are fair, and delivery windows are reasonable. I'm also a fan of their online system which is very simple to use. I will definitely continue to use them!
