I inquired if a certain muffin had cream in it, cos I can't have food with sweet cream. The counter-person very innocently said that she doesn't know, I said please find out for me. She asked one colleague then another and another thereafter, but none of them knew. I said ask the manager, they just shrugged! One other employee came upto me and said that if it will help, that she's able to give me the number to the product for me to check online! I just smiled at their innocent ignorance. In my opinion, these poor folks at the coffee outlet are not at fault, it is upto the management to provide proper training. I have been in the food & beverage/hospitality industry most of my adult life. I know the importance of knowing what I sell or serve. It is so unfortunate that present day employees are left to their own devices.

I’ve been here a few times on my way home from work. They never have any donuts, Timbits or food passed 9pm. & they are 24 hours.. why be open 24 hours for coffee and not food which is half of your service? I don’t even mind if the food is stale but the fact that they are this lazy is ridiculous.

I went through the drive thru (at about 9:30pm) and it was really slow. We had already ordered, and 3 or 4 cars were still waiting to get to the window. Finally, we got our order, which was only a tea and a coffee. But when we got home instead of tea I got a double double coffee. We had to ask about our order at the window since it seemed the employees were standing around talking. Because I was tired I did not check the order, assuming it was correct. From now on, I will have to double-check all orders or go inside so I can watch my order being made.

I don’t like this Tim Horton’s location. I understand the amount of customers they deal with but customer service is really lacking. No one smiles or says anything when you thank them. They nonchalantly throw items on counter tops when they finish orders and walk away. The quality of food is subpar, lukewarm at best. If they weren’t so convenient to me, I’d avoid them. Two stars, not one, because they did their job and I didn’t die.

This place needs either better management or a retrain, I asked for HOT water for my soup and they charged me for a specialty tea - peppermint and I continued to tell them that it’s a lot cheaper for just hot water, someone refused to not only give me their name but also was quite rude about it, I saw it was $0.61 for the hot water but she told me that’s for tap, if I wanted tap water I could’ve gone to the bathroom completely unacceptable DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU DESPERATELY NEED TO.

This place is filthy dirty. I went inside to get a coffee and get something to eat. Had to wash my hands and went inside the washroom to wash my hands. The white sink was brown with dirt and not being cleaned. I have never seen such dirty sink and couldn’t believe what I saw. Check the pictures!Felt so disgusted that I just left !

This Tim Hortons is always busy and crowded. They have also a drive thru service.There are big seating place and it has also Wendy’s so you can make your order from either Tims or Wendy’s which is very convenient.The staff are very welcoming and always smiling. They are fast and professional.The washrooms are clean.

Nicely located nearby the Erin Mill Town Center Mall I like this place because it is large..even though is busy but still easy to find table to sit. One thing to improve is they had to keep cleaning up the place once customers left...many time we found most table are not clean yet when we carry out food. N look for tables....I point this out because it happened many times not first time..I know they are very busy but no harm to hire one more worker to keep place clean all the time....updated today..I am here today for coffee . Again 60 percent table are not clean...I took a photo to show you....the table next to mine
