Search high and low for a piece of three inch pipe, finally found it with these guys! They flared out my flange for me to fit the pipe as well. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend!

Terrible experience, will often scam and say things are bad when they truely aren’t for MVI purposes. Mechanic is very condescending when I spoke to him. Will NEVER take my car here again. Heard other horror stories of this place from multiple other people, stating the same thing when taking there car here for an MVI. Avoid this place.Update: Took it to another shop, nothing is wrong with my vehicle but this shop told me a million things were wrong with it, just trying to scam money.

My mother in-law was having some car trouble and needed some new tires. Went in first thing in the morning and Steve said they were fully booked, but if she left it he might be able to get to it today. Sure enough she got the call near the end of the day he was able to fit it in and it was ready to go. She appreciated how quick it was as she had been helping my wife and me out with our newborn child. Great price on the tires too. Awesome, quick service. 10/10 would recommend!

Top notch professional service. Friendly helpful staff. They don't do unnecessary work. They can explain work based on your level of knowledge. I would categorize my knowledge as between novice and intermediate and I am always satisfied with the conversation about work needed/performed. I am skilled enough to have a good mental estimate of what many types of jobs would price out at, and when I'm given the quote, it matches or beats what I was silently expecting. They have repeatedly earned my respect and loyalty.

Was rotating tires at home when an air valve stuck open and the tire wouldn't hold air. I headed for Canadian Tire to buy whatever I needed to repair it, but on the way passed Major Discount. I stopped and popped my head in to ask if they could sell me what I needed, and the guy at the desk just came straight out and replace the valve core at no cost! It only took him about 10 seconds to do but saved me a lot of time and grief. Nice guy too. Will definitely be going here for my next tire job!

I showed up to drop my car off here to have a valve stem leak and exhaust rust fixed only to find out I booked at the wrong location. The guys at the Eisner location took me in anyway and had my car finished the very next morning, and for a fair price at that! Remarkable turn around time and very accommodating.

Biggest crooks ever, if you value your money, time and vehicle stay as far away possible from these criminals. Extremely rude, terrible customer service and they never call when your car is supposedly fixed, you literally have to call them yourself after hours of no communication. Took multiple vehicles here on various occasions, and every time there was a huge bill and the same problem would resurface plus others and ofcourse the bill would be enormous with the new problems which they never noticed or bothered to mention on previous visits. I catched on to their crooked scheme when I took my vehicles to a different non whyyttea mechanic and was told they didnt even do the work they claimed to and various other non existent problems they were lying about that my vehicles didnt have. Non whyyttea mechanic fixed my cars first visit & never had any more problems. Also the owner is a racist as he openly told a story about his daughter to customers & staff how he raised her to only date white men but she ended up with a black man who is good for nothing. Some things should be kept private but openly discussing casual racism with staff & customers was extremely low, tasteless, and repulsive. If only I could give them zero stars.

I have been a customer here for several years. The team here is professional, couteous and fair. I had work done in October 2021. Had a noise in rear end and took it in yesterday. There was a faulty kit installed, no error of theirs. It was corrected with all new brake parts and was covered under warranty of company who made faulty part. This is total honesty with customers and they have me for life. Thank you for your honesty. Hats off!!!

I am so grateful for the excellent service I received at this car shop! I brought my car in for an alignment and was blown away by the professionalism and efficiency of the team. They had my car in and out in no time, and the alignment was perfect. I can't recommend this shop enough - they truly go above and beyond to ensure their customers are happy.
