The mechanic was very polite and helpful. The older guy (I think he was the owner) was very rude and dismissive. He treated me like I was wasting time and space there, rolled his eyes at me and scoffed when I asked him if there was a trial for the bikes. I could feel the contempt when he asked me what kind of places would allow for trials. Well, guess what? Bike hounds in downtown allows for test rides! I'll be taking my money there instead. 2 stars because the mechanic was really sweet. Otherwise it'd be a one star. The owner needs to learn how to talk to people. I don't support businesses that treat me this way.

I called from Brantford to find a Cannondale bicycle. The staff were helpful and offered to tune my new bicycle up after I put some kilometers in. The store was well kept and stocked. A+

Do Not GO HERE!!!! Horrible Customer service! The Rudest bike Shop I have ever been to. They literally have no clue about what they are doing. They told me My BB can't be ordered and good luck if I can find one... Literally Two hours A local shop found it instantly and I had it installed by actually Bike Mechanics... LOU the OWNER is a NASTY HUMAN BEING!!

Very happy with my new Cannondale mountain bike and the help in making my purchase from Lou and the staff here. They went above and beyond to make sure the bike fits me and is setup correctly. We all know getting hold of the bike you want is hard right now with the supply issues, but they still have a good selection here. Happy to recommend!

I read the reviews (after my visit, unfortunately) and realized he has treated MANY other women with the same disrespect.Long story short, I decided to take my business from a large corporate bike repair shop to a local one, to help support- local" after the pandemic. Lou is great. The technician was also very informative and friendly. They are a professional no nonsense bike shop. They get the job done and keep in touch every step of the way.I'm ready for a good season of downhill mountain bike riding and I know my ride will hold up with servicing done by Pieriks Cycle.

I brought my bike in to repair it’s brakes and for some basic tuning. Came in a few days later and absolutely nothing had changed. Brought it into Free Wheel Cycle in downtown Dundas and they inspected the bike very closely while I was there and fixed it within a couple hours while having amazing customer service. The bike works perfectly and I couldn’t be happier. Would highly recommend them instead of this place.

They do their best to please their customers. I like the fact that I can bring back my bike after a break in period to have it readjusted.You might pay a little more here but you get what you pay for.
