I have been there several times for battery change or repair, and buying jewelry, but never had a chance to give my feedback, however last time I received their service, I thought it deserves my time to say that they are very honest, professional and pleasant.They are not only helpful but if they could not do the repair, they referred me to another capable store. This time, they removed a ring that was stuck on my finger for many years and I had to remove it. Not only they told me what to expect over the phone, but also they were honest and helpful and provided their best care to cut and remove it.Great store manager and very professional with reasonable price and great service. Definitely will be my first choice for any jewelry services!

Amazing jeweler with excellent craftmanship skills. Jean-Luc was able to custom made all of my body jewelry so they would perfectly fit the shape of my body. Extremely patient and went above and beyond to deliver the final product with the matierials and design i wanted. He also repaired several old pieces of family jewelry i brought and he was very careful with them. He works very fast and delivers excellent results.

I got nail polish all over my gold, diamond and pearl rings when a bottle shattered and Jean-Luc was able to clean them. Good as new within 48 hours. Very pleased!

Beautiful work, we are very happy with the custom bridal set we had made. They are very knowledgeable, kind and really took the time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. We went there with a picture of something completely different and left with a beautiful unique design that is all our own. It was very fast, from start to finish it took about 3 weeks, that includes changes we made along the way and ordering the stones. Highly reccomend for any custom inquiries!

In the past 5/6 years I have had 3 or 4 total pendants done here, have purchased a couple of rings and have had a ring and a pendant covered in diamonds with Klinik bijoux. The service has always been top-notch, with honest and quick service, always having my pieces completed ahead of the estimated completion time, with amazing results. The only time it took longer than the estimated time, it was due to the head jeweller taking his time to do the work as best as could be done, going the extra mile. The result was well worth it. Shopping here for your jewellery and is worth every penny! The owner and his wife are also wonderful people and excel at customer service and satisfaction. Also, repairs are cheap and repeat business will be rewarded with amazing deals 10/10 would recommend

Jean-Luc and Stephanie were very kind and knowledgeable and helped us create custom wedding bands from a gold chain given to my father-in-law by his mother. They went above and beyond with their customer service; as we finalized the details with Stephanie for the wedding bands, Jean-Luc took the time to polish my engagement ring so I could leave with a sparkly like-new ring. We loved this place and will refer it to anyone needing a jeweller. Thanks again!

I am very satisfied by the stellar service, craftsmanship and attention to detail received at Klinik Bijoux. Stephanie and Jean-Luc care about meeting their client's expectations and they do a great work at materializing one's ideas into a beautiful piece of jewelry that will stand the test of time.Jean-Luc restored, resized and micropave'd an heirloom antique piece that was dearest to me. He also resized and cleaned a few other heirloom rings and successfully re-created my favorite bracelet and charm from silver to white gold. The price was fair every time, especially as they do buy gold, which is most convenient when upcycling existing jewelry in a sustainable way.I will go back to Klinik Bijoux for future projects and I would not hesitate to recommend Stephanie & Jean-Luc to my friends and family, especially for bespoke pieces!
