Gabriella the day shift manager is just a miserable human being. If you can't handle customer relations then find a new job.Twice this place has sent my packages in the wrong direction in Canada(should have went out East, instead they sent them West to as far as Alberta, then had to ship them back to Eastern Canada)

!!!!!DONT TRUST!!!!!Why did I pay extra for a 4 day EXPRESS delivery when 2 WEEKS later the package STILL hasn't arrived to its destination !!!!If it couldn't be done just say so that way people are not wasting what little money they have these days unnecessarily!Will Canada post give a refund?! HELL NO

Terrible service most of the time. It’s just way too slow. Part of the reason is also because the staff does not know how to handle difficult customers. A lot of times it’s customers who do not have their packages even ready to go and haven’t even put address on yet. In these cases the staff should be up front and tell them to move to the side to let other customers in line who are ready to go.Other times though it really is just very slow staff. Or slow computer system they are using.

Left one package in rain on driveway with huge covered porch 8 feet away.3 crushed packages. And 3 days ago a smashed video card. All in a 5 month span.

Just went in to drop off a few envelopes for regular mail which was already stamped along with needing to pickup a package. Gabriella is a very very wicked and dishonest employee. She first claimed my barcode would not scan and she handed it back to me saying I need to go and repackage. I knew there was a way to enter the barcode without scanning.(I left and Took it to the holiday location where they entered it manually in 30 seconds and gave me a receipt. )Then Gabriella proceeded to pretend she didn’t see my package in the drawer and kept going through each piece when my name was clearly marked and I could see from 10 ft away. Playing stupid that the package was not there.It’s a shame I walked in with a great mood, told her good afternoon and asked how she was - and that is how she felt I should be treated?Unhappy with this location being the default to receive my mail.
