I ordered ahead using the mobile app as I was on my way to to the kids events. Got there and walked to the mobile order sign. There were 4 people working. I waited as 1 customer was finished being helped. They continued to make orders as another customer was still waiting. Then 3 of them were talking about another employee and I still waited. And waited. A customer walks in and the 4th person went to go take their order while the other 3 kept talking. 10 minutes goes by before they finally ask me if I'm here for a mobile order. Not until that point did any of the workers even look at me, acknowledged I was there or ask me anything.

We stopped here on our way out of town and placed the order on line.The store was clean and of course the drinks were yummy and what we needed for the drive! The reason for the three star is:When we went to pick up the drinks my daughter went into pick them up as she usually does. The girl working was very hard to understand and was a mumbler. My daughter had to ask her to repeat herself several times…may want to make sure those in customer service speak clearly - everything else was great!

Online ordering worked like a charm, they were a little busy when I arrived so I went to the space marked for mobile pickup. And waited. And waited. And waited. After clearing out the three customers, the cashier asked the two people in front what they’d ordered. They both said they hadn’t ordered yet (and she proceeded to take their orders). I couldn’t get anyone’s attention (there were three people working). And waited. After dealing with the other two customers, one of the staff asked what I wanted. I am right under the Pickup Mobile Order Here sign. I said I have a mobile order...they went to the glass case in front where my order was waiting. Sigh. 25 minutes late. Appreciate they’re kind of busy and COVID rules are tricky, but that was goofy.

Everything is usually really good!Went last week and my 2 drinks were rather watery, Which I mean it happens. Sometimes they add too much ice. But doesn't happen everytime! Still would go back!

used to love this place has since gone downhill post covid out break, sat at the indoor dining table that is set up in the store and was told to put my mask back on, guess you can’t drink water while you wait for your food.enough for me to support other buisness.

Shakes are good, as usual. Sadly the service is poor. Went in, I was the only customer for 3 staff members… still didn’t get any eye contact or hello and finally just “name for the order?”I actually had to ask the girl at the till if she was okay because it looked like she was as miserable as someone could be to work a job. “Yep, fine.” Honestly so bad that it was worth a laugh but seriously, if you don’t have patience for miserable people, don’t go here.

I went into the Millstream store and my coat got caught on a sharp object and ripped. Once the manager was made aware, I was contacted, my coat was replaced AND I was given a gift certificate for the inconvenience. Besides great smoothies, they are kind and honest people. Great staff, fast paced preparation, and consistency in their tasty beverages in their products. I understand they are recently under new management, but so far, all that's really changed is their hours expanding, so do t always believe the hours listed bere on maps or in their booste rjuice app,.they aren't always updated in a timely fashion. If in doubt and thirsty, give them a call, it's worth the effort.
