Was notified days after a missed delivery that this company delivered to the wrong address by the business they delivered to. When I called them to inform them of this, the man on the phone began to berate and interrupt and talk over me saying he is the owner of the company and you are not my customer". And we never will be. DO NOT SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY. Firstly

I didn't choose this company to courier my package, and I would NEVER!! The package did not come but the company says it was delivered, they showed me the delivery receipt and it's not my signature,nor anybody in my house. To me it actually looks forged and they didn't even take down the printed name of the person receiving it, something Canada Post even does!! Funny how they told me also it was delivered because they can tell me the colour of my garage door, which anybody can find out on google maps. This company is unreliable DON'T USE THEM!!!
