To summarize, they are amazing and truly care about you and your needs, I will ALWAYS take my vehicle to CP automotive. They always have great communication, work quickly, don't add on unneeded costs or fixes. They are also very friendly and kind staff.We are a one vehicle family in Osler and heavy rely on it to get to work, for appointments, medication pick up, grocery runs etc. It is very important our vehicle is ready to go and in good condition. We were aware that our brakes were getting very close to needing replacing but traveled anyway and sure enough on the way home they began grinding and make AWFUL noise every time we slowed or stopped. I called them Monday evening and even though they admitted being very busy they managed to get us in for the next day. Tuesday evening they gave me a summary of what needed to be done including what is absolutely necessary and what can last a bit longer. I confirmed to go forward with the needed fixes tomorrow and they said they needed to wait on a part to be shipped and should be there by Thursday and asked if that was okay. I admitted that we can make do but that the sooner we get the vehicle back the better as we are essentially stranded currently he said they would try and get it done asap once the part was in. To my surprise right at close Wednesday I got a call that it was DONE!!! I'm not sure how they pulled it off but I am soo greatful because sure enough we needed it that evening. My son began having trouble breathing (agressive asthma) and needed to be taken to the hospital and if we wouldn't have had a vehicle we would have needed to call an ambulance. I am so greatful that they took my needs into consideration and got it done just in time, again they are amazing! I trust them 100% with my vehicle and will continue to go there and recommend them as long as I live here!Thank you CP automotive!!!
