Jenna made sure to double and triple check with me throughout the consultation process that I was happy with the shape she had drawn out, which I was so thankful for. I love my brows now more than ever.

Jenna is incredibly talented and passionate about her work! I was always hesitant to do anything with my lashes since they are so close to my eyes but when I had my first ever lash lift with Jenna, I was not worried at all. She was very careful and meticulous with my lash lift and the results turned out great! I got a lot of compliments on my lashes after :)

Jena is such a wonderful person and very serious with her craft; she showed the utmost care and desire to make sure the results were what I wanted. She professionally handled our consultation and every moment during the appointment, I felt very reassured during the process because she would communicate what she was doing with each step. She did such a good job with my brows, I love them and I keep getting compliments!

I couldn’t be happier with Jenna’s work! I got different services (lash lift and microblading/shading combo) done by her on two separate occasions. In both instances, Jenna listened to my expectations of the service and took the time to explain the process and answer any questions until I was completely satisfied and confident with my decision. During the process, I felt very comfortable and accommodated for when Jenna would periodically check in to explain what she was doing and ask if I had any concerns. I had previous shading work done on my eyebrows that had discoloured, but Jenna skillfully crafted a beautiful coverup that I am SO happy with! I never thought they could look this way and now adore my new brows and the way they suit my face!

I can’t be happier with Jenna’s microblading and lash extensions! It’s not often that you find a technician who is truly skilled and dedicated to their work, but Jenna’s microblading that she performed on me in March of 2019 is STILL going strong almost three years later with NO signs of fading or colour change! It looks literally as good as new! The shape is so flattering for my face and it’s amazing to have 15 mins back to my mornings and not have to worry about being caught without my brows on.
