Very rude customer service took 20 minutes to answer the phone and had the nerve to quickly say she was transferring my call well 40 minutes later I hung up. It’s 650pm guess she didn’t want anyone bothering her a hour before they close. Either way she’s rude … NOT a good look on the company.

The individuals working in the pharmacy will verbalise outloud in front of everyone your medical conditions when they are dispensing your medications. They need more than 15 minutes of training. The situation was pathetic. These people in white lab coats have no concept of customer/patient privacy. If you like to be treated like a rat by all means come to the pharmacy department at 600 Oullette Ave. Enjoy your post traumatic stress disorder

I went in with lots of confusion and diff thoughts. But Sadaf from cosmetics helped me. She went above and beyond. Very helpful and offers great advice. I would have been wondering for long.She helped me and I shopped all I needed and was out in less than 20 mins.Thank you Sadaf.

I have been going to this pharmacy for over 10 years and have received great customer service each time not only in person but over the phone as well. Staff are extremely polite, efficient and professional. I’ve never had issues with picking up prescriptions even with automatic refill. They always notify me when my refill is ready. I recently changed over to another shoppers location and have been encountering some difficulties; however this team has taken the initiative and offered to contact them and help sort out the differences on my account. I am very grateful as I’ve made 4 other calls and have been told to contact other people each time. I may not have been easy to understand as I’m not well versed in certain aspects of coverage or pharmacy terms, but I am grateful someone who is well versed offered me a solution.
