Extremely prompt replies. Immediate.sense of dealing with an honest person, which was confirmed at the end of the repair. It is so refreshing to deal with a person like David. I have used Lancelot in the past for some AC work so I called them again for a furnace issue. Both experiences were great. He's responsive, helpful and honest. I liked the fact that he walked through the process of what he was doing and why. He quickly troubleshot the issue I was having but was thorough in that he checked other areas of the system just to ensure there were no other underlying issues. I would, and have, recommend Lancelot services to anyone.

I had been facing some issues with my furnace in the middle of the winter and I am glad that David from Lancelot Furnace promptly responded the service call and fixed the issue! The service was great as David also fixed a small issue with the humidifier, which was unplanned. David, thank you for a job well done!

I reached out to David with Lancelot via email on December 31 as per a friends recommendation when searching for assessments on a non working furnace. David responded promptly, and we coordinated a visit for Jan 1. David arrived on time and explained my issue in better detail than others had, and offered several solutions focused on solving my problem. David was 100% transparent in all costs, work scopes, and risks. My furnace stopped on a Saturday night in the Calgary winter. I went on line and booked an appointment and turned on the gas fireplaces. Dave phoned me in the am to set up a time and find out if we were all good. He showed up right on time, diagnosed my problem and fixed my igniter for a reasonable cost! I will recommend Dave to my family and friends! Trusting my furnace to Dave! Priceless!
