Ordered photo prints, store took an addition 5 business days to receive photos and gave me a call. At this point I was away on business 2 weeks. Came back to pick up the photos and the store had tossed them out. Not even a call or email? Very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time/gas money on this location.

Made order online for same day pickup. Was not ready when arrived told to come back next day. ( live out of town). When pick up next day labels were printed on wrong side!So paid for same day pickup and ended up driving there 2 days and still had to wait for the correction to be paid.Didn't even receive a sorry!

My customer experience was great. Asked if I needed assistance and staff were knowledgeable but not pushy. Martin was exceptional. Took the time and patience to help me find what I wanted and introduced me to the benefits of the Staples preferred customer plan…. But again was not pushy.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. 2 ladies, one names Olga the other I cannot remember she was blonde and was in her late 40’s they were both careless, and came across racist. They made me feel so uncomfortable I had to leave the store. I wouldn’t want anyone else to e worried e what I did at this location.

Stepped up to the counter & this lady ( Olga ) was heading for a break but waited on me without hesitation. We even bumped heads working on the frame. Really appreciate those who go out of there way. THANKS

Horrible customer service. Rude employees that make you just stand there without any acknowledgement while they do other things. No “I’ll be with you in a moment”. They just ignore you like you are not there. When you finally flag someone down they begrudgingly help you. I said thank you and the man just walked away without a word said. So much for small town friendly service.

Horrible experience. Not very helpful staff, and it wasn’t the first time coming to this location. Very unprofessional and it makes others feel irrelevant.Definitely do not recommend coming here unless you want to leave upset.
