In the past I had never found physio to be helpful. Jeff changed my views though, and I am now an advocate for physio. Not only does he do a great job of assessing needs, and giving treatment to the area(s), he gives you things to do outside the appointment to aid in increasing mobility and function, decreasing pain etc. His knowledge and abilities make the 30+ minute drive from Abbotsford worthwhile.
