Two Small Men with Big Hearts Moving Company

Very friendly service and communication. Damage to my couch that was not compensated or they would have had full recommendations.

Called a few weeks ahead of our move and received email confirming a quoted price. A week before the move the office called back to confirm details of move. Then she asked questions such as how many stairs-how many boxes-how many heavy items etc which I had already discussed on the first phone call. Then I was told one truck wouldn't be big enough and we would need 2 trucks at more than double the cost. I decided to stay with one truck and rent a uhaul for any remaining items. I then asked several times the items of our choice would be loaded on THEIR truck. This is when the lady-cant remember her name-stated she would have to talk to the manager about this. They called back and stated they would NOT move us unless we booked 2 trucks. I needed to speak to hubby about this and stated I would call back by the end of the day. When I did call back I was told they had canceled our booking and would not do our move even with 2 trucks. We went with a different company who charged about $800 less than our quote with this company. We did end up needing a uhaul for a few items, which with the movers and uhaul rental was cheaper than our quote from this company. The second lady I spoke to was quite rude and snappy. A very dishonest-rude-unproffessional-price gouging company. Doesn't even deserve one star. If you're in the Medicine Hat area-Altawana Express is amazing! Flat rate-no hidden charges-fast and efficient guys-I give them 10 stars

This company double booked my move and then tried to tell me they called and left a message. Nothing on my phone. No call. No message. Kept me online for over 1 hour while 3 different people tried to figure things out along with transferring me twice to “management “ that never picked up the phone. I booked another company in the morning at less than half the price two small men quoted me. Beware. Not professional. Did not take responsibility or apologize!

I originally booked for Two Small Men to move my furniture from Lethbridge to Calgary, the folks who managed my booking were very helpful and pleasant. I had to make a last minute change, they were most accommodating and did not make me feel like I was creating a problem, they simply helped me with the changes. The men who arrive to remove the items and load the truck were on time, pleasant, quick and professional. I am about to book with this company again for another move. Using this company was a good choice.

An unexpected event created a crisis we wouldn’t have been able to manage without these two organizations. The day of our move we called them and they helped us even though they had their crews booked 4 weeks out. Our move would not have happened without them and we will be forever grateful. We would give them 10 stars if we could. The moving crew they sent was amazing, polite and professional. We would highly recommend these movers based on our experience.

Had this company move my family and it was the best decision we made. The men were incredibly helpful and hard working. They were efficient and got the job done in great time. They were friendly and courteous and I would recommend this company and their staff to anyone. As well, the office staff were fantastic to deal with. The hiring process was quick and painless- they were very professional and helpful. All around, great service!
