I called Ontario sales to possibly trade in my Ford Escape. I have been having leaking water going Into my drivers seat floor board for about a week and a half. I called Ontario sales, because I have heard nothing but good things. My original dealer for my car was really no help. And to be honest I normally do not go to dealers for repairs. But I reached out to Ontario sales again, they said I think we can help you may not have to trade in your car, this can be fixed. The mechanic diagnosed it as clogged sun roof drains , and that’s exactly what it was. The salesman and the mechanic were so helpful, patient and caring.. They are not in this Business to scam customers. The dogs are adorable, they even let me wait with my dog in the waiting room cause I was running all over the place that day and my dog has attachment issues. Fair pricing for people on a budget. I am continuing to work with them with the leaking issue in my car. I am happy I have found them and grateful they are helping me.

This is my second time purchasing a car with them and I have only good things to say. Kyle and Larry were helpful and friendly as can be. No high pressure sales techniques. Affordable rates and they work with your budget. I put $50 down to hold the car I wanted while I considered the purchase. Completely refundable if I decided not to buy. Got a complete car fax report of the vehicle I selected for free. I highly recommend this place if you are buying a used car and need to build your credit.

I had the pleasure of working with Ontario Sales and Kyle in the sales department. I had a bad experience somewhere else just prior to reaching out to Ontario Sales. I am so glad I did. Kyle made the entire process of buying my car (which can be a headache) a breeze. Kyle is kind, funny, compassionate and patient. Nicki in the finance office was just as nice, and explained everything in full detail. I was in and out in a couple hours and drove off with my Kia! Which I love by the way... I would HIGHLY recommend Ontario Auto Sales, especially to someone like myself who does not have A+ credit.

I had a great experience going to Ontario Auto sales. My wife and I were unsure if we would even get approved for a vehicle, especially because we really needed one, but we did! Kyle has been such a huge help and without him we would not have found perfect car that my wife absolutely loves. He made the process so easy to get everything switched over from our old car to the new car and make sure that everything was good to go with the vehicle. I bought 2 cars from Ontario Auto. During my time owning those cars, I fell in love with the service department. Even though I bought my current vehicle elsewhere. I continue (and will continue) to take my car here for all of my service needs. They are fast, friendly, knowledgeable and never try to oversell me on repairs I don’t need. As a woman, many shops like to talk down. They never do that to me here. I trust them completely.

I have had problems with the car I bought from day one I keep going back there. It runs fine for like four days then it starts up again. My opinion if you’re going to buy a car from them soon as you buy it, take it to another garage and have them go through it then take the paper to them. My appointment with the GM dealership is tomorrow..

Amazing customer service! The main salesperson, Kyle, was attentive and made sure that the car was in great order. This dealership makes every customer feel like they are the top priority. Can't recommend it enough!
