Worst location. We were in the store 40 mins almostLooking at strollers. Not 1 single employee approached to help us and even said hi. Btw the store itself is bad condition. Don't wish to make my registry with them anymore.

Picked up an online purchase. Control of pick up items bought online very thorough and accurate.

Still a good place to buy toys , went shopping their for one of my family members . Haven't been to a ToysRUs in years . It hasn't change much . Toys Change and the emphasis of what type of toys kids are playing with changes but its still a great all round toy store to shop in.

We came here to buy a bike & toys for my daughter, but our encounter was not that pleasant..So the story is that my daughter & niece were about to leave when we saw a bench and table with arts and crafts for the children, my girls asked if they could join And sat down.There was a women employee sitting at this arts and crafts bench, She was in charge of that table. Her appearance description is: (glasses, over weight, half bald with a pink Mohawk hair, tattoos on her arms- caucasian- very easy to spot) who was doing arts and crafts in the front toys section.She was helping a little white girl and was being very very nice to her, she saw we were interested to join and gives a cold shoulder, so I politely and happily said hi" to break the ice. She looks at me and rolls her eyes.My girls sat down and joined the table and started to help themselves.. I asked her if we could use some of the construction papers to build a flower and she rudely says " let them finish colouring first"!!! The girls didn't want to color they wanted to build a flower and were patiently waiting...we tried to ask her again but she refused. She was cold to all three of us.After a very uncomfortable few moments we just got up and walked off.. we did end up spending a few hundred dollars that day so that women cheaping out for $1 construction paper or maybe just upset because we weren't the same skin color as her.. who's knows.. anywayTOYS R US. If the Manager is reading this please fire her. She was down right super rude and I saw that she was mistreating other coloured families."

Excellent Shopping Experience. Variety of toys for different ages.

Recommendation to Babies R us:1. Please do not have a large group of more than 4 associates blocking the aisle and socializing for more than 30 minutes on Boxing Day morning. It does not look good.2. Please do not just start to organize and set up products on a Boxing Day morning. It just shows how disorganized and unprepared you guys are. LOL

I come all the time. Nice, clean and bright store. I never have to wait long in line when I have to pay. Good selection of toys. Sales on items are ok. Most time what I’m looking for I can’t find or it’s gone. When ever I want to buy something there’s no price tag. Really annoying when you have a kid with you.

I really enjoy the hands-on experience that my children can get at ToysRUs. The excitement of trying new things and seeing all the awesome new toys is really fun for them. The place is very well organized and maintained. It is also quite clean for a toy store. The staff are also very helpful and friendly. The selection of toys they have is quite good for a physical store.

Customer service over the phone is rude. Got left on hold for 30 minutes after the manager said she was gonna ‘confirm’. Called back and got hit with ‘Not That I’m Aware of’ to my same question I asked before I got left on hold for 30 min. I’m calling customer service, maybe make yourself aware?

Nice place for children’s toys. Price are little bit higher
